This meditation invites you to discover something your nervous system already knows how to do — feel safe, from the inside out. This gentle somatic practice guides you to orient to your surroundings, find something pleasant to rest your attention on, and then track where that sense of ease lives in your body. Using breath and touch, you’ll deepen that felt sensation and listen for whatever wisdom it might hold — maybe a memory, an emotion, an image, or simply quiet. This is a direct, embodied experience of safety — one your body can learn to return to again and again. You might find this practice helpful if you: carry anxiety, stress, or chronic tension in your body; struggle to feel present or grounded during difficult emotions; want to build a stronger connection between your mind and body; are exploring nervous system regulation or somatic healing; or need a few minutes to soften and come home to yourself.
