She has decades of experience as a mind-body specialist and holds a number of certifications along with a Masters degree. She is a Reiki Master teacher, an iRest certified teacher, a trained SoulCollage Facilitator, a certified Stress-Management Consultant, and an E-RYT500 Yoga Instructor with advanced training in yoga therapy, trauma, restorative, meditation and children’s yoga. Nancy is also the host of the podcast Ink and Insight, where she explores the transformative power of meditation and journal writing.
