Through breath, grounding, and imagery guidance, you'll release what no longer serves you and step into a vision of lightness, vitality, and confidence. Your body holds the wisdom to return to balance, and his visualization helps you align with your inner vision of health and vitality, strengthening the mindset and motivation that make lasting change possible. Welcome.

Today,

You're connecting with your body's natural wisdom and aligning with your healthiest self.

So take a moment or two to settle into a comfortable position that can be sitting or lying down,

Allowing your hands to rest easily,

Your shoulders to drop away from your ears.

And I invite you to close your eyes if that feels right,

Or to simply soften your gaze and begin to notice your breath,

Inhaling through your nose,

And exhaling slowly through your mouth.

And just notice how something so simple can immediately start to bring you right here,

Right now.

Let each breath bring you into this moment.

Allow your breath to find a natural rhythm.

Maybe shifting to breathing in and out through your nose,

If that's accessible to you.

You might say to yourself,

I am here.

I am present.

I am ready to connect with myself.

Breathing naturally.

No need to change force or fix anything.

Letting go of judgment and worry.

Right here,

Right now,

With this breath and this body,

From moment to moment.

Sense the natural weight of your body being held by the surface beneath you.

With each exhale,

Imagine yourself settling a little more fully into that support.

With each exhale,

Center back,

Your legs,

Whole body gently anchored by gravity.

You don't have to do anything.

The ground beneath you is holding you,

Steady and secure.

Rest in this steadiness for a few moments.

Breathing in presence,

Breathing out,

Releasing into deeper peace.

Now,

In your mind's eye,

Invite an image of a version of yourself to come forward.

A version that feels vibrant,

Light,

And well.

See yourself in a time not far from now,

Perhaps just a few months from now,

When you've released something that no longer serves you.

A habit,

Heaviness,

Self-criticism.

Notice how you move in this vision with ease,

With strength,

With energy.

What do you see in your posture,

Your expression,

Your way of carrying yourself?

How do your clothes feel?

How do you walk,

Move,

Or stand?

Notice all the details that you possibly can of yourself in this vision.

Notice the emotions that arise with this vision.

Confidence,

Joy,

Pride,

Freedom,

A sense of expansion,

Maybe.

Let yourself really feel what it's like to live in this version of yourself.

If your mind drifts,

Simply return to that image of your radiant,

Healthy self,

A healthy,

Light,

And energized self.

See yourself moving through your day with ease,

Standing tall,

Radiating confidence.

Notice the way you feel in this body,

Comfortable,

Vibrant.

Let the emotions of joy,

Pride,

And ease fill you.

Notice where and how you experience this in your body as you see this vision of yourself.

Now imagine that this future version of you steps forward,

Close enough to meet you.

They're smiling,

Strong,

Full of encouragement.

This version of you wants to offer you some wisdom,

A word,

A symbol,

A message,

Something simple that you can carry with you each day.

Allow it to come naturally.

It might be a single word like,

Balance,

Or freedom,

Or an image,

Or just a feeling of certainty.

Take a moment to receive this gift,

Letting it settle deeply within you.

Now,

Allow the image to fade out of awareness,

Yet it still remains with you.

Returning to the rhythm of your breath,

With each inhale,

You're drawing in nourishment,

And energy,

Vitality,

Balance.

With each exhale,

Sense how you are releasing heaviness,

Old habits,

Old patterns,

Anything that feels stuck and doesn't serve you.

As you inhale,

You're taking in all that you need.

As you exhale,

You're letting go of all that no longer serves your highest good.

Your body is your ally,

Always guiding you back toward balance.

As you breathe naturally,

See your body filling with light,

Restoring itself,

Coming into harmony.

Trust that your body knows how to find its natural balance and rhythm.

Your breath,

Steady and calm,

Begin to come back to the support beneath you,

The presence of your body here and now.

Remind yourself,

I carry this vision with me.

Each choice I make aligns me with my healthiest,

Most radiant self.

Maybe take a nice,

Full inhale and a long,

Releasing exhale.

And as you're ready,

Gently open your eyes,

Carry the wisdom you received here today and any feelings of lightness,

Vitality,

Confidence,

Into the rest of your day.
