Welcome.

My name is Nadia,

And today we are going to work on projects or goals that you would like to move forward with.

Settle in and slow your breath.

Relaxing the inner thighs,

The hamstrings,

The toes,

The ankles,

The jaw,

The knees,

The shoulders,

The belly,

The eyelids.

Bringing awareness into the heart space.

We are going to be inhaling into the back of the heart,

Pausing,

And exhaling out the front of the heart and pausing.

Releasing the air.

Inhaling into the back of the heart.

Hold.

Exhaling out the front of the heart.

Pause.

Inhaling into the back of the heart.

Hold.

Exhaling out of the front of the heart.

Now we are going to connect mantra with the breath.

We are going to inhale into the back of the heart,

I am present,

And exhale out the front of the heart,

I am able.

Inhaling into the back of the heart.

Inhaling into the back of the heart,

I am present.

Exhaling through the front of the heart,

I am able.

Inhale,

I am present.

Exhale,

I am able.

Take a few more on your own.

I'm going to ask you a few questions and listen to your heart.

What is something you are reluctant to move forward with?

Let your heart tell you.

Don't judge your answer.

What comes up?

What would it feel like not only to move forward but to be in this reality?

What is holding you back from taking action?

What do you need to let go of to make this part of your reality?

What would it feel like to let go of what's holding you back?

Let's ground down into the earth,

Imagining roots or a cord moving from the pelvis all the way down,

Down,

Down into the earth.

Let it go deep all the way down to the core,

Wrapping around the magnum that big ball of fiery energy at the center of the earth.

And with every exhale,

You are going to release what's holding you back down,

Down,

Down into the earth,

Trusting that the earth will recycle that energy and turn it into something new.

Inhale.

Exhale,

Release it down.

Inhale.

Exhale,

Release it down.

Inhale.

.

Release it down.

You don't need to hold on to what's not serving you.

Give it away.

Coming back to the heart space.

What are you going to move forward to?

What do you need to make this happen?

And now into the back of the heart,

We're going to inhale the new energy that will propel you forward and exhale out of the front of the heart,

I am able.

Inhaling the new energy to propel you forward,

Exhale through the front of the heart,

I am able.

Inhale new energy,

Exhale I am able.
