
Pour Into Yourself

Choose an intention and pour it into yourself. What is it that you need most right now to be in alignment? What is it that you need to feel full and uplifted? We will begin with body scan to relax the body, then we will visually open up space in the body into which we can pour our intentions or chosen vibrations into. Choose what you would like to POUR INTO YOURSELF.

Welcome to the meditation Pour Into Yourself.
My name is Nadia and I will be guiding you through this experience.
I'll be guiding it as if you are seated in an upright position.
If you would like to lay down,
That is definitely okay.
Just know that we will be doing body scanning and there is more of a probability of falling asleep.
And if you fall asleep,
That is also okay.
Your subconscious will take what you need.
Get settled in your position of choice.
As we go through the meditation,
We will first be doing a general body scan to relax.
Then we will move internally,
Opening up inside of the body,
Creating space.
And then we will pour into the open space.
If you would like to come up with an intention now,
You may.
Or you can wait if you'd like.
Some examples might be abundance,
Kindness,
Love,
Peace,
Joy,
Clarity,
And the list goes on and on.
Like I said,
You don't need to decide now.
You can let it come to you as you move through the practice.
Breathe in.
Breathe out.
Breathe in.
Breathe out.
Breathe in.

Breathe out.
We're going to start with the top of the head.
The skin going from the forehead all the way back around the top of the skull to the neck.
Relax.
The ears relax.
The forehead.
The muscles around and between the eyebrows relax.
Relax the eyeballs and the eyelids.
The nose.
Right below the cheekbones.
The whole cheeks relax.
The lips.
The sides of the lips relax.
The chin relax.
Let the throat relax.
The shoulders,
The biceps and triceps relax.
The forearms.
The wrists relax.
The palms.
Thumbs,
Index,
Middle,
Fourth fingers and pinkies relax.
The chest.
The ribs.
The upper back relax.
The stomach.
The sides of the body from your armpit all the way down to your legs relax.
Your low back relax.
The whole torso relaxes,
Allowing air to flow freely through it.
The hip sockets.
The quads and the hamstrings relax.
The knees relax.
The soles of the feet.
The heels.
The toe mounds relax.
Each single one of your five toes on each foot relax.
Find this peaceful feeling throughout the body.
Breathe in.
Breathe out.
Breathe in.
Breathe out.
Breathe in.
Now that we have relaxed the vessel,
We are going to go inwards and create space,
Funneling in through the top of your head.
Notice the right hemisphere of the brain and the left hemisphere of the brain.
And in the center of the brain,
Imagine it opening up,
Creating space,
Emptying out the thoughts,
Dropping down behind the eyeballs and the eye sockets.
Space is created between the ears,
Behind the nose,
In the mouth,
Going down the throat,
Opening up space.
Expansion.
Imagine that the bones in the arms become tunnels.
Throughout the upper arm moving down,
We open and create space on the inside of the arms and the elbows,
Opening space in the forearms,
Into the hands,
Through each of your fingers,
Opening through each individual finger,
Creating space,
Creating space for something wonderful.
Coming back to the top of the head,
Dropping down through the open head,
Through the throat,
Down around the heart,
Inside the heart,
Opening that cavity,
Opening it,
Creating space within it,
Create space around it,
Create space in the lungs,
Imagining emptiness,
Opening,
Ready to be filled,
Dropping down into the stomach,
Opening the space there,
Releasing the tension in that area,
In the stomach and around the whole middle torso,
Creating space in the low back and in between the hips,
The entire pelvis,
Imagining the spine as a tunnel,
Creating a tunnel of space from the base of the skull all the way down each vertebrae of the spine,
Working its way through the upper spine,
The mid spine,
The low spine,
Dropping all the way down to the bottom.
Feel all this openness in the top half of your body,
The whole torso,
Your upper limbs,
Your neck and your head,
Openness.
The tunnels move into your legs,
Into the femurs,
Opening up space in the legs,
Space in the knees,
Dropping down into the middle of the shins through the calves,
Opening up space into the heels,
Into the feet and into each individual toe,
Open up space.
You are now relaxed,
You are open.
Breathe in,
Breathe out,
Breathe in,
Breathe out,
Breathe in,
Breathe out.
An ancient clay vase over your head.
It can also have a handle as if it's a pitcher and it is full of energy.
What would you like that energy to be?
What would you like to intentionally pour into yourself?
Love,
Joy,
Happiness,
Abundance,
Peace,
Clarity,
Release.
Otherwise,
Just allow clean energy,
New energy to come in,
Trusting that whatever it is will bring goodness.
I'm giving you a moment to sit with the idea of pouring an intention into yourself as you choose what you would like to pour in.
Trust your instinct.
The pitcher is so full.
It starts to tilt over the top of your head into a small opening,
Generously pours into your open brain,
Down into your skull,
Into your throat,
Down your spine,
Into the heart cavity,
Around the lungs,
Pouring fully into the arms,
Elbows,
Forearms and hands.
Let the energy and intention pour down the skull,
Throat,
Chest,
Torso,
Filling up the belly,
Filling up the entire pelvis,
Letting it push down through the tunnels you created in your legs,
In your knees,
In your shins,
All the way to your heels,
As it starts to pull together in the bottom of your feet,
The inside edge of your big toes,
Your second,
Third,
Fourth,
Fifth toes.
It is full.
And it starts collecting in your feet and your heels.
It is full of this intention,
Of this new energy that you're pulling down.
It is filling up from the bottom,
Into the shins and the ankles,
Pulling up into the knees.
That openness is now full as it raises up into the legs,
Still pouring through the top of the head.
Your legs are so full of this intention.
It starts to puddle in the pelvis and the hip creases,
In the hip sockets.
Breathe in.
Breathe out.
It continues to pour into the head,
Going down the spine,
Filling up the middle of the torso,
The diaphragm,
Filling the lungs with this beautiful intention that you've chosen,
Into the heart cavity,
Expanding the entire chest and the upper back,
Funneling down from the shoulders into the arms,
Going down those tunnels into the very edges of the thumbs,
The index,
The middle,
The ring and the pinky fingers.
They are full,
So full that it starts lifting up into the wrists,
Into the arms,
Into the shoulders.
It continues pouring in generously above your head,
Through your head,
Now coming into the throat,
Into the jaw,
In between your teeth,
Around your lips,
Up into your ears,
Behind your nose,
Filling the entire head,
Behind the eyes,
Filling the eye sockets,
And filling up the brain with this new intention that you are pouring into yourself.
Let it continue to pour in as it seeps into the little crevices that it might have missed.
It pushes out anything that doesn't deserve to be there and fills it with this new intention that you have the power to create,
The vibration that you want to be aligned with,
You are now aligned with.
You are so full on the inside that the generous pouring out of the spout starts spilling over top of you,
Around your head,
Around the outside of your face,
Your neck,
Around your shoulders,
Around your arms,
Around your chest and back.
It pours down around your arms,
Elbows,
Forearms,
All over your hands and fingers are swimming in this new vibration,
This new intention going around the body,
Around the torso,
Around the hips,
Underneath your hips,
Underneath your sit bones,
Around your stomach,
Around your legs,
Covering your knees,
Moving down around the shins,
Completely covering your feet,
Pouring down around you like a clean waterfall.
Let it pour over you.
Let yourself relax.
The pouring slowly stops.
Breathe in.
Breathe out.
Breathe in.
Breathe out.
Breathe in.
Breathe out.
You are worthy of this intention.
You are worthy of this energy.
You are worthy of this vibration.
You are worth taking this time for.
Know that this is available to you anytime,
Anywhere.
You can pour into yourself.
You can surround yourself with your intention,
With your vibration,
With the energy that you want to put out and the energy you wish to receive.
