Welcome to the Feel Love Meditation.

Begin to settle in,

Seated,

Lying down,

Standing,

Whatever makes you most comfortable.

I recommend palms facing up for this meditation,

But find what works best for you.

Now,

Slow your breath.

Send the breath all the way into the belly,

Into the low back,

Into the side ribs,

Completely releasing it out and starting again.

Take a few deep,

Long breaths on your own as you show up completely in your body.

Relax the forehead as the brows soften away from each other.

Relax the jaw.

Create space between the back teeth and let the tongue take up space in the mouth.

Shoulders relax,

Inner thighs,

Soles of the feet.

Let yourself be affected by this word,

Love,

Love,

Love.

Where does it exist in your body?

Where do you feel love?

In your head,

Heart,

Belly,

Shoulders,

Palms?

Explore and scan for where the sensation of love takes up space inside you.

If you don't find something,

That's okay.

There's no judgment here,

Only love.

You can focus on the heart space.

Bring all of your awareness to the space you discovered.

Forget the word love and shift to feeling love.

Energetically send every inhale into the love space and let it expand the love,

Just as the breath physically expands your body.

With every exhale,

Let the area brighten like the sun.

Inhale,

Expand love.

Exhale,

Brighten love.

Inhale,

Expand love.

Exhale,

Brighten love.

Inhale,

Expand love.

Exhale,

Brighten love.

Take some time to continue with this breath.

With every expansion,

Let the love take up more space in your body.

With every exhale,

Let it grow brighter.

Let it grow brighter.

Expand love.

Brightening love.

Love is expansive.

The more love you create,

The more you can expand within yourself and within your body.
