You are lying on a lounger close to the shore.
You are so very comfortable.
Your whole body is supported and the temperature is perfect.
Your head and neck are completely supported.
Your mind is clear and relaxed.
When any thoughts arise,
They rise and gently pass away like the ebb and flow of the tide.
You notice the gentle rise and fall of your breath,
Noticing each in-breath and each out-breath.
You are completely at ease.
You notice the breath,
Making no effort at all.

The sun is gently setting.
