Body and soul.
Silently repeating bedtime affirmations tells your body,
Tells your mind that it's okay to rest and guides you into a peaceful state of mind so that your body can really get the rest it deserves.
In this practice you make rest and peace your priority and you make peaceful sleep more of a reality.
Now it's time to get really comfortable.
If there's anything you need to do to be more comfortable,
Please do it now.
And as you gently close your eyes,
Just notice your body breathing in and breathing out for a few moments.
You don't need to do anything at all,
Just notice.
Silently repeat after me,
Allowing the words to flow through you with effortless ease.
I have done enough today and my mind and body are ready to rest now.
