You might as well believe you can win,
Even if you haven't in the past.
Even though failure is the norm for all of us.
You might as well believe that you can win.
Take a minute or two now to settle and get comfortable in your space.
This is your time,
No one needs anything from you.
Commute notifications,
Get an extra cushion.
No special position,
Just make sure you're comfortable.
Noticing the breath.
Noticing where it enters and leaves the body.
Grounding.
Arriving.
This earthly existence is brief.
If your spirit yearns for you to try something,
When that idea keeps coming up in your mind and in your heart,
And when your heart and your gut agree it's worth a go,
Then you might as well believe you can win.
Taking some time now to see what comes up for you.
What do you really want to go for?
Your mind,
That old faulty walnut,
Tries its very best,
But it might tell you to stay in your shell.
And it might tell you that you can't win because you've never won before,
So there's no point.
Past experiences might also put you off.
But to remember this truth,
We mostly see other people's highlights,
Their wins.
We don't see the fact that failure is the norm for all of us.
So there's absolutely nothing tragic about you,
Nothing unfortunate about you.
We're all tragic.
We're all unfortunate.
Join the party.
In the midst of the inevitable steady stream of rejections,
Disappointments,
Missteps,
There are wins.
There are open doors.
And there is life.
So you might as well believe that you can win.
Sitting with yourself now,
Just noticing the life in your body,
And noticing what comes up.
My dear friend,
There's a magic to believing you can win,
Whether you believe in magic or not.
When you believe you can win,
Your whole attitude,
Your whole approach,
And your whole energy shifts.
And I know you know that.
When you believe you can win,
You glow.
You resonate at a completely different frequency,
Even if you don't believe in resonating at different frequencies.
When you believe you can win,
Good things happen regardless.
Positive,
Healthy people and situations are attracted to you.
When you believe you can win,
You're more resilient,
And you have a better experience of life.
So you might as well believe you can win.
And you might as well smile before we end this practice.
Coming back to the space around you when you're ready.
Thank you so much for practicing with me today.
