We are all a work in progress none of us is there,

None of us have arrived we all try and fail and try again and there are areas so many areas in all of our lives where we hope to do better,

To be better,

To change,

To grow,

To develop it's a journey so this practice offers affirmations that remind us of our humanity and the humanity of others and this practice encourages us to give ourselves grace to forgive ourselves,

To give others grace and to be open to forgiving them because we're all human so allowing yourself to arrive by arrive i mean find a comfortable position perhaps use do not disturb,

Silencing notifications and giving yourself time and space settling now in this affirmations practice i will make a statement and i will pause after each statement you can repeat the statement either out loud or silently to yourself or you can allow the words to move through you there are no rights or wrongs i am giving myself some time and space i allow myself to detach from the outside world i sense my body and i sense my breath i am grateful for my body and i'm grateful for my breath i sense the aliveness in me and i am grateful for my life i try and give myself grace i accept i am a work in progress i try to forgive myself for all the times i let myself down i try to forgive myself for all the times i let others down i remember that i am human i commit to supporting and encouraging myself i commit to having a word with myself when i see myself going off track i commit to talking to myself as a friend i know my life is precious and brief i give others grace i remind myself that everyone is a work in progress i encourage others to forgive themselves i try to forgive others for letting me down i remember that everyone is human i commit to supporting and encouraging those around me i commit to having a word with loved ones when i see them going off track with kindness and care i commit to talking to others as friends i know all lives are precious and brief taking a few moments now to sense how those affirmations land with you any feelings that come up allowing and noticing and accepting you're one of a kind there's no one else like you so try to give yourself grace as far as possible on this journey and thank you so so much for practicing with me today
