Hello and welcome to this meditation.
This is Rosie Elizabeth here with My Life is Rosie and it's time for your meditation.
Begin to find a comfortable space whether that's lying down or seated.
Find a position that will allow your body to completely relax.
Closing your eyes or finding a slight gaze when you're ready.
Begin to take long deep breaths here.
On your inhale breath you feel your chest and belly expand and on your out how breath you completely relax.
Inhale fill up.
Exhale release.
Inhale fill up.
Exhale release.
Continue breathing like this and releasing more and more tension or stress in the body until you feel completely relaxed and loose.
Knowing that this is a safe space for you to let go and be fully supported.
This meditation is all about tuning in to the ease of life and I'm sure you're drawn to this meditation because a part of you wants life to be easier and a part of you believes that life can be easier and then there may be a part of you that believes it has to be hard.
Maybe something this is something you've heard your whole life or maybe this is something that you've experienced for years and years and years but the good news is we can change.
We can change our vibration.
We can change our patterns and therefore we can change the future so it is different than the past.
The other amazing thing is that we can change our thoughts and some of your thoughts may be that life is hard.
Nothing ever works out for me.
Struggle continues to come.
Why can't anything ever be easy?
And I invite you in this meditation to really let go of that.
Let go of those beliefs,
Those thoughts,
Let go of that vibration because that vibration alone is really attracting more of that to you and when you have the courage and the belief that you get to release what no longer serves you then you can simply just let it go.
So I welcome you and releasing all of those beliefs,
All those thoughts that no longer serve you.
Taking a deep inhale breath here,
Exhale sigh it out.
Another deep inhale breath here and exhale release.
Completely releasing and letting go of this.
Knowing that there's so much more waiting for you,
That there's ease waiting for you on the other side of these beliefs and these thoughts.
Bringing in the affirmation,
Things get to be easy.
Things get to be easy.
Although this may feel uncomfortable or just not true to you,
Welcome this in.
Welcome this vibration into your frequency,
Into your body,
Into your being and begin to shift into this affirmation.
Things get to be easy.
Things get to be easy.
Continue repeating this affirmation and especially feeling into what it's like for you for things to be easy.
What does it feel like?
Does it feel flowy?
Does it feel spacious?
Does it feel warm?
What does it feel like for you as you allow things to become easy for you?
Visualize what it would be like for you if things started to be easy.
Would you start to manifest the things that you've been trying to manifest?
What would it look like for you?
Would things start to fall in place?
What would go on in your life if you welcomed in the affirmation?
Things get to be easy for me.
Things get to be easy.
Life gets to be easy.
I welcome in ease.
Continuing to breathe into this ease.
Things get to be easy.
What else would be easy in your life if you welcomed this vibration in?
What would flow easier?
What would flow smoother?
What else would fall into place for you if it just all became really easy?
Remembering that you are the creator of your life and you do get to decide when you're ready for things to be easier.
You do get to decide.
You get to decide when you're ready for things to flow and when you're ready for things to just work out for you.
Continuing to welcome in the affirmation,
Things get to be easy.
Feeling your heart open and expand here.
Really feel into the vibration of your heart opening up,
Expanding out,
Welcoming in ease.
Breathing into this ease for a few more breaths here.
Feeling the heart open.
Things get to be easy.
Bringing a smile to your face,
Knowing that this is really true for you.
Knowing that this begins to be a reality for you.
Knowing that although it has not happened in the past,
It can start now.
It is starting now.
It's already begun with this meditation.
It's already begun with your focus and your willingness to sit here.
Beginning to slowly come back into your space.
Knowing that this sense of ease and flow is going with you throughout your day.
Remembering that you are the creator of your life and now that you've invoked that things get to be easy.
Now that you're living in the vibration of things being easy,
Things will start to be easy.
Things will start to flow smoother and every time something comes easy,
Recognize it.
Welcome it in and that would help your belief of it gain and build momentum.
And then the next easy thing will come in and you'll recognize it.
And then the next easy thing will come in and you'll begin to live in a cycle of ease and flow.
Receiving easily,

Taking this affirmation with you throughout your day.
When you feel as if things may start to get hard or things aren't going as easily as you like,
Bringing back in that affirmation.
