Hello and welcome to this meditation.
This time is for you so let's begin in a comfortable seat sitting up or lying down any place that feels good to you where there is no pain coming from your body.
Like I said this time is for you.
Know that you are here and there's nowhere else that you need to be.
Allow all of your worries to drift away and allow yourself to focus on this meditation.
Close your eyes and start to connect with your breath.
Big inhales,
Deep inhales,
Long slow exhales.
Continue breathing like that.
In the background there is a healing tone coming through.
It's a positive energy brain waves that are coming through to help transformation.
Begin to relax all parts of your body starting with your toes,
Feet working your way up.
Your calves relax,
Kneecaps relax,
Thighs,
Hips,
Pelvis,
Abdominals relax,
Chest relaxes,
Shoulders relax,
Upper arms,
Forearms and hands.
Relax your fingers,
Open your palm if it's clenched.
Relax your neck and start to relax the muscles in your face including your jaw,
Muscles around your eyes and your forehead.
Throughout this meditation you may feel uncomfortable.
You may feel anger and resentment come up and that is exactly what we're looking to do because in order to clear this energy it has to come up.
It has to be seen,
It has to be heard,
It has to be felt.
So allow these feelings to come up and then allow them to be cleared.
I'm going to repeat a bunch of affirmations.
You can repeat these affirmations out loud or in your head or you can just listen.
Whichever way allow yourself to feel these affirmations to be these affirmations.
My old job doesn't feel good anymore.
I don't enjoy this job anymore.
I'm angry at this job.
I'm angry at these people.
People are mean to me.
This doesn't feel good.
I'm angry at this job.
I have resentment towards this job.
I have resentment towards these people.
I don't like feeling like this.
I don't enjoy feeling this anger anymore.
I'm feeling very very angry.
Let the emotions come up.
Let them stay.
Sit with them.
Don't be afraid to see them for what they truly are.
I don't want to deal with feeling like this anymore.
I don't enjoy feeling angry.
But I feel so resentful towards them.
I feel so resentful towards this job.
I know I don't deserve to be treated like this.
I know I don't deserve to be treated like this.
I did my best at this job.
I helped many people.
I helped many companies.
I did a lot of great things through this job.
But I'm very angry at this job.
I'm over this job.
I'm over this job.
I'm starting to release this job.
I'm starting to release my anger towards this job.
I want you to feel this anger.
Feel all the anger inside and I want you to clench your whole body.
Clench your fists.
Engage all of your muscles like you're squeezing it all.
Take a big inhale breath.
Exhale relax your body.
Let it go.
Again just like that inhale clenching your whole body building all of the anger up.
Exhale relax let all the anger go.
One more time like that inhale gather the anger.
Gather it all up.
Exhale relax your body.
Let it all go.
Now imagine there's a whiteboard in front of you with all of your anger written on it.
All of the stuff that has been gathered because of your old job.
All of the feelings.
All of the people.
All of the experiences and I want you to visualize you are erasing the whiteboard.
You're clearing the slate.
You're erasing everything that's happened.
You're letting it all go.
You're starting fresh.
Keep erasing until it's all gone.
And a feeling of relaxation,
Of renewal will come over you.
That's all in the past now.
It's all gone.
You've done your best.
You cannot change anything.
It's time to let it go.
It's time to let it go.
It's time to let go.
It's time to move on.
It's time for you to move on.
It's time to let go of it.
It's time to let go of and let go of everything else.
It's Allow yourself to feel excited about your new job.
Allow yourself to feel excited about the new opportunities that are coming to you.
Positive people are being brought to you.
Positive experiences are on their way.
Allow yourself to look forward to the new relationships you've started developing.
Allow yourself to feel good about the people you're starting to work with.
I'm ready for a fresh start.
