The moon is traditionally associated with fertility and new growth, for example. In Ayurvedic medicine, moonlight is believed to help heal and soothe the body. The moon gently energizes, in contrast with the sun’s sharp brightness. Moonlight exposure is thought to also relieve anxiety and stress and improves relaxation by prompting the natural release of melatonin. Healing your body and cleansing your crystals. A powerful time.

Let's begin in any comfortable position,

Breathing in,

Bringing our awareness to the body,

Just noticing how your body feels,

What's been happening for you lately,

And what's going on in this moment.

Breathing into any areas that need space or release.

On the inhales,

Releasing space and air into the body,

And the exhales relaxing.

Beginning to tune into the big full moon.

Feeling how it feels.

With every breath in,

Bringing in energy,

And every breath out,

Beginning to release anything that no longer serves you.

Releasing and allowing our key.

As we work with the energy of the moon,

And we begin to allow all that we've been manifesting since planting those seeds at the new moon.

Maybe in your mind imagining allowing this to grow.

Bathing in the moonbeams.

And as you breathe in and breathe out,

Maybe noticing the balance of yin and yang.

Cool in the warm.

The feminine,

The masculine.

The balanced energies.

Inhale.

And on your exhale,

Just allow the balance.

Breathing in.

Allowing Breathing out.

Releasing.

And he discomfers in the body,

The body that's in the body that arise.

You'll be released.

The body sometimes stores water with the full moon.

Reacting to the pull of the moon.

The yin.

Just allow body to be.

Allow the balance and fully embody the feeling of allowing.

Your inhales and exhales release and allow.

Tuning in to the full moon.

Trust the cycles of the earth.

Trust your body.

Allow your intuition to show you that which no longer serves you.

And release.

Allow the full moon to help your dreams come alive.

Allow the full moon to guide you and help you create your dreams.

Staying in the body.

Breathing in.

Breathing out.

As you work with allowing,

Let your imagination take you on a journey.

Remembering all the seeds of manifestation you planted.

Walking forward through a beautiful landscape under the moonlight.

Noticing all of these trees growing.

All of your seeds growing up into this beauty.

Helping you walk on your life path to all that you want to create.

You realize that it's easier than you thought.

Just allow and enjoy.

Take some time to continue breathing.

Releasing.

Allowing.

Feeling into the full moon.

Surrendering.

Enjoying the process.

Allowing your intuition to guide you.

Working with breathing.

Relaxing.

Surrendering.

Allowing the balance.

Allowing your body to do what it needs to do.

Relaxing into the process.

Spend as much time as we need.

Breathe in and breathe out.

Carry this forward through these days.

Allowing the full moon to fully suppress.

Allowing your intuition to guide you.
