Let's take a few conscious breaths together,

Close your eyes if that feels safe and comfortable for you,

Let's inhale deeply through the nose and sigh it out through the mouth,

Again inhaling and exhaling letting go of any tension,

One more deep inhale and a long exhale,

Now allow your breath to settle into its natural rhythm,

Gently flowing in and out through your nose,

Feel your chest softly expand and release and sense the spaciousness unfolding around your heart Namaste
