Explore the calming vibration of humming, supported by the warm resonance of the monochord, in this gentle sound practice. In this short session, you are invited to soften into the natural rhythm of your breath and the subtle vibration of sound. As the soft humming meets the rich overtones of the monochord, the body can begin to relax, the breath may slow down, and the mind gently settles. You are guided to notice your breath, allow the sound of humming to arise in your own rhythm, and sense how the vibration moves through the chest, throat, and head. There is nothing to achieve in this practice. The sound can emerge softly, naturally, and only when it feels right for you. This is a simple moment to reconnect โ with your body, your breath, and the quiet presence within. No prior experience is needed. Simply listen, hum if you wish, and allow the vibration to guide you into a space of grounding and centering.
