Palamudra is a mudra to release anxiety.
And it's very simple.
You're going to do your right hand.
Both of your hands,
You're going to cup them first.
Relax your spine.
Put your spine long.
Your right hand is going to be at the navel.
And then the left one,
Same thing,
Cupping on the bottom.
You can move around your hands if you want.
Just start here first.
And take a couple breaths to ground yourself.
If you're sitting down,
Put both feet grounded on the floor.
And of course you can close your eyes.
And breathe.
Imagine a white light between your hands.
Very healing energy coming through one hand to the other and moving through your whole body.
When there's spaces or times when you feel anxious.
Worried or uncertain.
Can bring yourself to this position.
By doing physically or by imagining it.
And maybe you can even put inside your hands all your thoughts and negative emotions and just Imagine a little wind comes over.
Takes it away.
You can move your hands,
Put them together,
Close,
Just to feel if there's any energy.
Them away from your body.
And just stay where it feels more comfortable for you.
And take as much time as you need to stay in this state.
