Walking meditation might not seem like meditation at the beginning,
But there is something very profound in Japan that is called Shinroku and it's basically forest bathing.
So what you do is that you go outside and you connect your five senses to nature.
You look at nature,
You smell nature,
You touch And even if you're just going for a walk,
Grab a rock.
So basically you can hold it in your hands and feel all the essence of nature.
And of course,
Hugging trees is real and scientifically prove all the benefits that nature can give you.
So don't take it for granted.
And if you live in a big city,
Go for a garden,
Buy some flowers,
Put some essential oils and What I like about walking meditation is that you can do it on your backyard.
You can walk and meditate when you're going from your car to work.
Or you know just from your desk to the bathroom.
What you do is that with every step that you take.
You.
Say the word thank you.
You can just say thank you with each step or say thank you or you can repeat your affirmation.
For example,
If I'm working with abundance this week and I want to feel more abundant,
So I just say I'm abundant,
I'm abundant,
I'm abundant.
Or,
You know,
I trust the flow of life,
So I walk and trust.
You're not just walking and rushing,
You're being more conscious about it and you're being more present.
So amazing things happen when you are present and when you're not running all the time.
