Today we're going to do a mudra and a mudra is a gesture that can do with the hands or your body.
We're going to focus with our hands.
Because practice it,
You can do it.
If you're walking,
If you're moving,
If you're working.
And today's mudra is about letting go.
And you know mudras can be very powerful because there are a lot of nerve endings in your hands motor and sensory and they are connected to your heart and to your brain so each one of your fingers represents one of the energy points and it's connected to different body systems So.
That's why they can be so powerful and they can either help you calm down to a level zero or help you get energized to a level 10.
And today's mudra is for letting go and bringing that sense of fluidity and just flow with life and trust your process.
So you're going to put your little finger and your thumb together and then put them on your thighs.
Relax your shoulders.
If you want to close your eyes,
This is perfect.
And just breathe.
You Imagine your blood pumping through your heart to each one of your veins.
Imagine all the elements.
Of water,
Liquid,
And your body just flowing.
If thoughts start coming.
.
.
Focus on your breath,
Focus on your hands.
And your fingers touching.
If your hands get tired,
You can release this gesture.
You don't have to push it really hard,
Just relax.
If you need to move and adjust your position,
Go ahead and do that.
Listen to the sounds of nature.
Listen to the sounds.
Calming sounds in your life.
And breathe Notice if there's something that you want to let go.
You want to release.
And just transform that into something positive.
Think of the lesson that taught you.
And send it out to the world with gratitude and love.
Take a couple more breaths here.
That's sweet.
You you and stay here as long as you need.
Namaste.
