Hello and welcome to today's full moon guided meditation.
I invite you to find your comfortable position,
Allowing your body to become completely relaxed.
Relax the jaw,
The brow,
The face.
Relax every single muscle.
And just allow yourself to become as comfortable as possible.
Become aware of your body,
How you're connecting with what's beneath you.
And how your body is melting away into the ground.
I want you to take three deep cleansing breaths with me here.
Inhaling deeply through the nose.
Allowing the mouth to drop open and exhale.
All of the air out.
And taking another two deep cleansing breaths through the nose.
And out through the mouth.
And one more here in your own time.
In through the nose.
And out through the mouth.
Allow yourself to return to your natural breath pattern and begin to find focus in the mind's eye.
In this moment allow yourself to let go of all worries and tasks holding space in your thoughts.
Visualize the glowing light of the full moon and begin to feel its energy surging around you.
See the powerful white and silver beam of light shining down on the top of your head and into your heart space.
Begin to feel your body draw in and soak up all of this loving energy and light.
I invite you to think of the things you wish to let go of in this moment of life.
Allow the thoughts to stay for a moment.
Taking stock of what's not serving you.
Now in your mind or out loud whilst imagining all the undesirable things,
Habits,
People,
Behaviors and thought patterns just let them drift away.
And repeat after me.
Under the light of this blessed full moon I release all that does not serve or empower me.
I am letting go.
I no longer need you.
And one more time together.
Under the light of this blessed full moon I release all that does not serve or empower me.
I am letting go.
I no longer need you.
Allow these things to disappear into the powerful light of the full moon.
And now saying to both yourself and the full moon.
I release all doubt.
I release all anger.
I release all judgement.
I release all comparison and envy.
I release all people that do not serve me.
I release all toxicity present in my life.
Allow your body and mind to feel light and relaxed as you let go of all the unwanted energy stored within.
Let it go.
Now take a moment for yourself.
Breathe deeply.
Tune in to how your body feels,
How the mind feels as it's let go of all that was not serving you.
I invite you now to take a moment to journal and note down everything that you now want to bring in.
After all of the things you've let go,
You have space and energy for new.
