Hello and welcome to this five minute meditation.
This meditation can be done morning,
Noon or night.
It's completely free for you to choose when you want to take five minutes to relax,
Breathe and to generate some good energies in the mind,
Body and soul.
We'll begin by coming into a comfortable position.
Find your seat or lay down.
Ensure your back is lengthened and straight.
Allow your body to sink into this position.
Allow your body to relax.
Now tuning into your body,
Gently allow the eyes to close.
Feel present in this moment.
Feel the space you are taking up and begin to notice your body.
Working from the soles of your feet,
Big stock of what's going on.
Just notice how they feel with no judgment.
Just observe the body and gently begin to work your way up through the body,
Taking notice how everything feels today.
Striking no judgment,
Solely observation.
Working up through the legs,
Into the center of the body,
The hips,
Core slowly working up through the heart space,
The shoulders,
The arms,
The neck,
The head.
Working your way all the way up to the crown.
Just take your time.
Ask yourself,
How do I feel today?
And allow your body to respond.
And when you're ready,
Take a nice deep cleansing breath with me in through the nose and out of the mouth.
Taking a sigh of relief.
Release everything.
Now allow the breath to return to its natural cycle.
And once again,
Sink into the present moment.
Bring the hands to your heart space.
As you inhale,
Breathe in love and light into the body.
And repeating after me out loud or to yourself,
I am enough.
Feel the power of these words radiate through your body as you repeat,
I am enough.
These words fill you with confidence,
Self-love and appreciation.
As you may begin to feel overwhelmed or stressed throughout the day,
Just take a pause,
Feel your presence and repeat the mantra to yourself,
I am enough.
