Hello and welcome to today's daily gratitude meditation.
I invite you to use this meditation daily or just when you need a little bit of gratitude in your life.
When you're ready find your comfortable meditation position.
Whether that be sat or lay down,
Bring some awareness to your posture.
Back straight,
Shoulders back and chest open.
Allow your focus to come to your heart space.
When you're ready,
Begin to visualize the love and warmth you hold in this area.
Finding gratitude in each and every day helps us to ground,
Raise our vibration and bring a positive attitude to everything we take on.
So in this moment take a deep breath in through the nose,
Pause at the top and let it pour out of the mouth.
Allow your breath to fall into its natural rhythm in and out the nose and gently allow the eyes to become heavy and when you're ready let them close.
If you feel called to do so take your hands over the heart space.
Begin to feel all of the loving energy surge through your body.
Taking another deep breath in,
As you exhale think of one thing you're grateful for right now in this moment.
Now we're piecing this as you take nice deep breaths in,
Breathe in and as you exhale I am grateful for.

Fill in the blank.
Feel the warmth of your gratitude bring a smile to your face.
Now again taking another deep breath in,
As you exhale bring another thing to mind that you are grateful for in this moment.
Repeating in your mind as you inhale and as you exhale I am grateful for.

Allow the feeling of gratitude to surge through your body,
Positivity fills your heart with love and light.
Now thinking of one final point of gratitude in this moment,
Take a deep breath in and as you exhale release with me for the last time I am grateful for.

Allow yourself to reflect on your points of gratitude for the next few moments.
Keep the breath deep and slow and feel the gratitude surge through your body.
Allowing ourselves to feel gratitude raises our vibration,
It allows our heart to feel full,
Our lives to feel positive and our souls to feel nourished with everything that we have in life.
Take this time to be grateful for what we have as opposed to dwelling on what we may not have.
There are so many things in life we can be grateful for and it's great to always take note of the little things as well.
Sit in gratitude during your day,
Find peace and beauty in everything.
