Transcript

Hello and welcome to this guided meditation where I will assist you in sending love and light to a loved one.

I call for you to find a comfortable position with your posture aligned.

Back straight,

Whether that be seated or lay down.

Find your comfortable position.

Take a nice deep breath in through the nose and just let it all out of the mouth.

Taking a sigh of relief,

Release everything.

Allow the breath to become deep and slow.

Inhale and exhale through the nose.

Allow yourself to relax,

Feel into your body,

Become present with how you feel and how your body feels.

Gently take your hands resting one over the other and place them over the heart space.

Begin to focus your energy into this space,

Allowing it to feel open and full.

Breathe love and light into your heart space.

Feel the loving energy surging in and around your body.

Now focusing on the following words and gently repeating them to yourself three times.

I am happy,

At peace and whole.

Allow yourself to feel light and rosy,

Full of love and joy,

At peace with where you are right now.

Now bringing your focus to a loved one,

A friend,

The person you wish to send love to in this moment.

With the feeling and energy of love,

Compassion and warmth,

Allow them to enter your heart space.

Breathe in love and light and exhale this beauty into the world.

Feel the power of love surround you.

Now focusing on the words once again,

Gently speak them to your loved one.

May you be happy,

At peace and whole.

Sending these words of love and feelings of kindness out to your person,

Repeat them twice more.

Breathe deeply and feel the connection between you.

The soft warmth surrounding you both like a hug.

The kind and loving energy that keeps the world turning.

Taking a deep breath in through the nose and allowing yourself to sigh on the exhale.

Pushing all of that loving energy out into the world.

Bring your breath back to its natural rhythm and gently open your eyes when you are ready.

Make these feelings of love,

Warmth,

Happiness and kindness into the rest of each and every day.
