Hello and welcome to today's meditation.
Today we are focusing on embracing the unknown and really trusting life's new chapter that it has in store for you.
So when you're ready,
Find a comfortable position and take a nice deep slow breath in through the nose and as you exhale allow the shoulders to soften and the jaw to relax.
Allow the breath to settle and just follow its natural pace.
Let yourself arrive in this moment.
There's nothing to do,
Nothing to change,
Just allow yourself to be here.
Notice the breath and settle in to this space.
Life moves in cycles and with each new chapter comes both excitement and a wealth of uncertainty.
It's entirely natural to want to know what's ahead but sometimes the most peaceful thing we can do for ourselves is to trust in the unfolding.
We must fill ourselves with trust that our path is clear and the universe knows what's in store for us even if we don't know it just yet.
Bring your attention back to the breath,
Something that we can trust wholeheartedly to function without us even knowing.
Feel the inhale expand your chest and the exhale just melt the tension away.
Let each breath remind you that you are safe in the space between what was and what is yet to come.
The mind starts to drift towards the worry,
Gently return the focus back to the breath.
Something you might repeat quietly to yourself here,
I trust the timing of my life.
Or maybe even,
I am guided even when the path is unclear.
Can use these phrases at any point in time when things may feel slightly uncertain but we can always come back to the breath,
Slow ourselves down and trust that what is meant to be will be.
Trust is not about knowing every answer but it's about relaxing into what is here,
Right now in this moment.
Each breath you take becomes an act of surrender.
We surrender that our body knows the score and that our body will carry us through each and every day.
So just sit here for a moment,
Breathe deeply and feel the trust in ourselves.
And when you're ready,
Take one final deep breath through the nose,
Hold at the top and when you're ready slowly exhale from the mouth.
And let the breath carry you with a soft sense of trust in yourself,
In life,
In this moment.
Take your time but when you're ready,
Gently return your awareness to the space around you.
And carry this sense of calm confidence with you into whatever may come next.
