Om Shri Sai Baba Keep a picture of Shirdi Sai Baba,

Preferably the picture from the inside of the Samadhi temple in front of you at a comfortable distance.

Look at the picture for a minute and fill your mind with it.

Sit in front of it comfortably.

If you have problem in sitting,

Lie down on your back.

Close your eyes and see the image of the Samadhi and the idol of Sai Baba in your mind.

Keep your eyes closed through the entire meditation.

Now breathe deeply.

Breathe in to the count of four and breathe out to the count of eight.

Breathe consciously.

Let your mind be completely present with your breath.

If mind wanders,

Come back and start again.

Om Shri Sai Baba,

Om Shri Sai Baba Gently feel your whole body from head to toes in your mind.

Feel through your head,

Face,

Neck,

Shoulders,

Arms,

Palms,

Fingers,

Chest,

Heart,

Lungs,

Stomach,

Organs of stomach,

Hips,

Genitals,

Thighs,

Knees,

Calf muscles,

Ankles,

Feet and toes.

Feel every muscle and every nerve is totally relaxed.

You have no stress.

See yourself standing there,

Looking at the beautiful idol of Sai Baba.

You are seeing yourself in front of the Samadhi,

Deep in surrender to Sai Baba.

There is nobody else there.

It is just you and Sai Baba.

Sai Baba idol is looking at you.

You are looking at the idol.

You are remembering Baba's golden words.

You look at me,

I look at you.

You are looking at each other,

Deeply connected in the warmth of divine love.

See Baba.

Feel Baba.

You are bowing down or prostrating to Baba many times in your mind.

You are seeing yourself prostrating at Baba Samadhi many times,

Kissing the ground as Baba's feet until you are deeply satisfied.

You are offering yourself as Dakshina to Sai Baba.

You are a precious child of Baba.

There is nothing more precious in your hands to offer to Baba than yourself.

Now you are hearing the sound of many people coming into the temple.

You can see them.

You can feel them.

The priests are preparing for the Arathi.

You are still standing in front of Sai Baba.

You are really special to Baba.

You are allowed to stand there.

The priests and others do not disturb you.

The priests along with you offer Baba delicious food,

Water,

Paan.

And Baba is extremely happy and pleased.

Fragrance of incense sticks and lamps are offered to Baba.

The dhoop and the deen.

The Arathi starts.

People are using fans made of peacock feathers to give soothing cool breeze to Baba.

Everything is so beautiful.

I shall never be affected by how others treat me.

I shall treat everyone with love,

Kindness and compassion.

I shall surrender all my happiness and all my sorrows as flowers at your feet always.

I shall never leave my dharma or my duty towards all.

I shall always practice Shraddha and Saburi my whole life.

As you say this,

Sai Baba is looking at you with a smile and blesses you with both hands.

Your heart is overflowing with gratitude.

Our fate is changed at your feet.

New destiny is created at your doorstep.

The betrayals by the most trusted people that hurt me so badly and the numerous disappointments that came in my life.

I know very well that it was to strengthen me and guide me through important lessons of life.

It brought me closer to you.

You are a great teacher.

At no time did you leave my hand.

I am immensely grateful.

You made me face tough situations to strengthen me.

You gave me good times to show me you love me.

I accept everything.

I accept you without conditions.

I love you.

Now Sai Baba is getting up and coming towards you.

He looks intently into your eyes for a few seconds and applies sacred Udi on your entire forehead,

Throat,

Chest,

Stomach and arms and hugs you wholeheartedly.

You have melted completely into the caring arms of Sai Baba.

He whispers in your ear,

You are my responsibility.

Do not worry anymore.

I brought you to me.

I shall take care of you.

In your mind,

You start chanting,

Aum Sri Sai Nathaya Namaha repeatedly in ecstasy.

Aum Sri Sai Nathaya Namaha Feel His embrace and chant this with deep gratitude.

Look around you.

Do you see hundreds of people,

Men,

Women and children?

They are all me.

Everything is me.

You are also me.

I am everyone.

Always look at the world around you as Sai Baba.

Even Dwaraka Mai is inside you.

You can see and feel the sacred Dhuni too.

The fire of Dhuni is so soothing,

Comforting,

Purifying,

Protecting and not hot and burning.

You can feel people climbing the steps of Dwaraka Mai and going with their hearts contented.

Sai Baba has opened the entire Shirdi temple inside you.

He has installed himself in your heart center.

Sai Baba is completely inside you and everything outside you is also Sai Baba.

Sai Baba returns back to his place,

Leaving you totally drenched in gratitude,

Bliss,

Love and a deeply expanded state.

You shall never be affected by anything around you.

You are completely protected.

You have Sai Baba temple inside your heart center which nobody can touch.

You can go there anytime you want.

You are saved in the embrace of Baba.

You cannot hate anyone.

You will share whatever you have in abundance with those who do not have it as gratitude,

Honor and respect to Sai Baba.

Sai Baba has given you something in abundance.

It could be time,

Money,

Knowledge,

Skill,

Love.

Whatever you have in abundance,

You will share it with those who do not have it,

Keeping what you need for yourself.

You only see Sai Baba in all who come to you.

All are Sai Baba.

The people,

The birds,

The animals,

Everything is Sai Baba.

You shall never harm or hurt anyone through thoughts,

Words or actions.

You shall live a life of respecting yourself as Baba's child and also respecting others as Baba's children.

Baba lives,

Loves and works through all beings.

You will never cheat,

Steal from or betray anyone.

In the name of Baba,

You will forgive and forget all those who cheated you,

Betrayed you or did any injustice to you.

Baba will give everyone what they deserve.

You shall keep your mind clean and beautiful because Sai Baba lives inside you.

Like this,

You will spend time with Shirdi Sai Baba temple inside you every day as a regular practice and maintain your purity and live your life as per Baba's teachings.

In this state,

Start breathing 4 count in and 8 count out and start feeling your body again.
