And now it's time for inner peace,
Peace,
And welcome to this week's full moon meditation.
This is a time for you and you alone.
I suggest you settle on a place where you will not be disturbed for the next few moments.
Please allow your entire body to settle and relax comfortably.
If your legs or arms are crossed,
Please uncross them and settle yourself into wherever you are sitting or lying on.
Let's take in a nice deep breath,
Filling your lungs full of air.
And when you get to the top,
Breathe out and let go from deep inside.
Now simply follow the natural rhythm of your breath,
Focusing on each breath refreshing you as it comes and it goes.
With your eyes closed,
Begin to shift your attention away from the physical world and let's begin to go inward.
Again taking a deep breath in,
Breathing all the way into the bottom of your belly,
And this time sigh it all the way out.
Now breathing at your leisure,
Let's bring ourselves to the present moment.
I ask that you please bring your awareness to the top of your head.
Let's begin the process of relaxing the body through visualization with water.
This water that's being poured into you is going to cleanse you and release any negative or low energy that you may be holding within.
With your awareness still at the top of your head,
Imagine it opening as though a lotus flower in bloom.
Imagine the water is being poured into the top of your head,
And it's coming down the front of your face,
Down into the neck area,
Into your shoulders,
Your biceps,
And elbows,
Moving comfortably into the forearms,
Down into your wrists.
And I want you to imagine that this water is coming out of your fingertips.
Now imagine if you will,
The water swirling in the middle of your chest,
Where your heart center resides,
Going down into your abdomen,
Your lower abdomen,
Moving on to your hips and your pelvic area,
Your knees,
Thighs,
Shins,
Calves,
Moving down into the ankles,
And exiting out of your feet.
I want you to imagine in this moment that this water that is cycling throughout your body is cleansing you of any bad thoughts,
Negative energy,
Any worries,
Or any doubts that you may be carrying with you at the moment.
Anything that is not serving your highest good.
During this focus point,
If you should have a thought of anything outside of this,
Gently acknowledge it and release it,
And get back to focusing on releasing.
I'm going to leave you here in the state of cleansing for about 30 seconds,
And then we will begin our full moon meditation.
Take a deep cleansing breath in through the nose,
Filling the entire body with air,
And when you get to the top and cannot take it anymore,
I want you to exhale fully,
And completely,
In a controlling manner.
Now,
Breathing at your leisure,
I want you to imagine a dark,
Velvety sky above,
And in the middle of the sky is a huge,
Beautiful,
Glowing full moon.
I ask that you enjoy the beauty of silence,
The power of inner peace,
And the calm,
Loving energy that this cleansing white light from the moon is bringing to you.
Be blessed by moonbeams of love surrounding you.
Absorb the energetic power of the full moon that enlightens your soul and nourishes the spirit.
Observe the clear,
Bright full moon glowing above you.
Invite this lunar energy in to where you are,
To come to you with gentle,
Loving embrace,
And to light up and cleanse your soul.
Bring her energy closer,
Bigger,
Brighter.
Feel the silver blue glow of healing rays of lunar energy raining down from her to kiss your face,
And cover your body in showers of of glittering light.
Drink up the loving,
Compassionate,
Purifying moon energy,
The vibrational frequency of the divine feminine.
Imagine it moving through your skin,
Through your body,
And penetrating the soul.
Breathe in the pure white light energy of soothing,
Lustrous moonbeams.
In this moment,
I invite you to feel the calm,
Quiet tranquility pour over you in peace and stillness as you are bathed in this loving light.
Become aware of the light and rejuvenation within you,
Healing and revitalizing your physical body,
As well as your etheric body.
For just a moment,
I will leave you here with this visualization.
Take a deep breath in all the way into the bottom of your belly,
And when you get to the top of this inhale,
I invite you to release slowly and effortlessly.
I invite you now,
With your eyes closed,
To hold them at the point in between your eyebrows.
This is known as our third eye,
And where our intuition comes in.
Your eyes may bounce around for just a moment,
But they will settle.
I ask that you now bring to mind things bring to mind things that you desire to release into this lunar light.
Unburden yourself of anything you desire to be free of that no longer serves you or your greater good.
Release your attachment to things that don't suit you.
Release obstacles that have been blocking your progress.
Release old thought patterns that interfere with your happiness and well-being.
Release the excess that clutters your mind,
Home,
And environment.
Release impediments to the flow of abundance,
Chi,
And clear thought.
Release all that you've set your intention to let go of in this meditation,
And allow the lunar energy to carry it from your being.
See in your mind's eye the floating away of everything your heart desires into the light,
Consumed by the light,
Drifting into higher realms of light and love of infinity.
Feel refreshed and restored as the weight of each is lifted.
I shall leave you here now,
Just focusing on what you want to unburden yourself with,
And allow the moon to carry away from you and your being.
Please be in the moment,
And free yourself of anything not helping you be the best version of yourself.
Take a deep cleansing breath in,
And when you get to the top,
Exhale fully and completely,
Knowing you have released all that is not serving you or helping you be your greatest good.
Allow your inner consciousness,
Now and in the days to come,
To move more deeply into expansion of awareness,
Higher realms of consciousness,
A stronger connection to spirit,
And greater access of inner wisdom.
Welcome inner guidance from wise and benevolent sources with angelic,
Energetic intercession.
Allow spiritual guidance to bless your thoughts,
Body,
And soul through visualization,
Imagination,
Dreams,
And motivations.
Feel your spirit enlivened,
Enriched,
And blessed.
During this period between the full moon and the new moon,
Pay attention to the effortless releasing of those things that no longer serve the greater good for you.
Notice those things you set your intention to release simply,
Easily,
And effortlessly.
Feel the weight of all you release drop away,
Feeling refreshed,
Revitalized,
And restored by this lunar energy that is everywhere in abundance for us.
I ask that you give thanks for this life,
For everyone that you have in your beautiful life,
For all of your lives,
And everything that you have,
A roof over your head,
Food to eat,
People to care about,
And love,
The simple things.
I want to thank you all for sharing this moment of meditation with me.
I would ask now that you bring your awareness back to the body and the place you are sitting or lying in.
You may start to wiggle your fingers and toes,
Moving your legs,
Shrugging your shoulders,
Moving your head around,
Bringing the energy back into the body as we begin our day or we rest peacefully in our slumber.
You may open your eyes whenever you're ready.
Peace and an abundance of love to all who have listened.
