
A Guided Meditation For Inner Peace

When you are firmly anchored to the present moment you have a sense of equilibrium. You are focused, full of intention, and unmovable. In order to achieve anything meaningful, it’s essential to get present.

And now it's time for inner peace.
Peace and welcome to this week's meditation.
This week we're going to focus on gratitude,
Being in the present moment and manifestation.
I would ask that you take a moment and get yourself set up in a space where you will not be interrupted by the phone,
Television or anything else.
I'll give you just about a minute to get yourself comfortable and ready to go on a meditative journey.
This time is for you.
A time where you can self-reflect,
Think about the day and really rest your mind and free yourself to have a restful night.
Please get in a comfortable position,
Whether lying down,
Sitting in a chair,
Just anywhere comfortable where you're free of any restrictions in your clothing or where you may be interrupted.
Let's begin.
I would ask that you bring your awareness to the top of your head and I want you to notice the tingling on the top of your head.
Let's begin to bring ourselves center into the present moment.
Take a deep breath in and exhale fully and completely.
Again,
Take a deep breath in,
Exhaling everything out from the day.
One last cleansing breath in all the way in until you cannot take any more air and consciously blow it out,
Releasing any tension,
Negativity,
Low vibration.
I want you to imagine now that the top of your head is open to slow flowerwood and warm water is being poured into the top of your head.
And this water is cleansing you and removing you of any worry,
Negative thoughts,
Low vibration.
And as this warm water covers your body,
You're releasing any tension.
Imagine the water coming down the front of your face,
Just like in the shower.
And this water is moving down into your throat area.
And I want you to consciously relax your neck and throat and it is moving down into your shoulders.
Please release any tension in your shoulders.
Allow your shoulders to drop and the warm water is moving down into your back.
And you can see it going down into your biceps and elbows.
And I want you to release any tension here and into your forearms and wrists.
And this warm water is coming out of your hands and fingertips.
And any pain you may have,
Any stress you carry in this area of your body is being relieved.
This is being your awareness to the center of your chest.
And feel the warm water gushing to your heart center.
And it is cleansing that heart chakra,
That bright green heart chakra.
And it's allowing you to receive as well as give love out to this world.
Feel the warm water going down into your back and your lower back.
And it's easing any tension.
And the warm water is also filling your belly and your lower belly area.
And it's going down into your pelvic area and your lower back.
And it's releasing any tension,
Any stress,
Any pain.
I'd ask that you take a deep breath into this area and imagine any healing energy on your inhale.
And release.
Imagine the warm flowing water is going down now into your thighs and into your knees and your shins and your calves.
And this water is relieving and releasing any tension that you hold in this area.
It's going down into your ankles and your feet.
And it's coming out of your toes.
And I want you to imagine that the cycle of water that is cleansing you every square inch of you is healing.
And I want you to see this healing taking place.
Releasing any tension your body might be holding from work,
A conversation,
An injury.
I'm going to leave you here for about a moment just relaxing in this moment.
Take a deep breath in and exhale fully and completely out.
Now I'd ask that you just breathe however comfortable for you.
And I want you to try to keep your attention on this moment.
Not what's going to happen in a few minutes or anything that has happened today but in this moment.
This evening's meditation will end with manifestation.
The way we manifest things is through gratitude.
So we will first start with gratitude and being in the present moment.
Being in the present is all you really have anyway.
Out of all the people on this planet you are here for a reason.
You were put here with all the other billions of people.
We must be grateful for the opportunity.
Present times are trying for a lot of people right now.
And although there may be adversity in your life or someone you know,
See the blessing in it.
Because character is being built.
Give gratitude for the things that you have.
Think about the space you're in right now listening to this.
Give thanks to whomever your creator is.
Give thanks for whatever piece of furniture you're sitting on or lying on or even if you're sitting on the ground.
Give thanks for the breath of life that was placed into you and you only for your sole purpose.
Give thanks for this present moment right now and you being able to hear the sound of my voice.
Give thanks.
I'm going to leave you here for just a moment.
Allowing you to bring to the forefront of your mind the things that you give gratitude for and that you're grateful for.
So that you can bring about a positive energy.
To yourselves,
To the space you're in,
To your life in general.
Giving gratitude is a high vibration.
High vibrations attract other high vibratory things.
I will leave you here to focus on those things that you are grateful for.
Okay.
Take a deep cleansing breath in through the nose.
When you get to the top of the breath,
Hold for a count of three.
And I would ask that you exhale fully and completely.
Being gracious is a way to manifest anything that you want for yourself.
It's probably the key element to manifest for yourself.
But first you must be clear on what it is that you want.
Write it down.
Record it.
And be very specific to what you desire.
Take a deep breath in and sigh it all the way out.
Discover why you want this thing.
Ask yourself some questions.
Is this really what I want?
Why do I want this?
And then you ask for it.
So I would ask you right now to focus on something that you wish to manifest for yourself and ask for it either outwardly or within your mind's eye.
Focus on what that is you desire for yourself.
Can you see it?
Can you see yourself with this?
I would ask you to focus on that right now.
I would ask you to focus on that right now.
I would ask you to focus on that right now.
I would ask you to focus on that right now.
Take a deep cleansing breath in and when you get to the top hold for a count of three.
And then exhale fully and completely knowing that that which you desire is on its way to you.
Trust is a big piece of the manifesting puzzle.
Trusting that that which you want is on its way to you or you are of the belief that you already have it.
You have to believe without a doubt,
Without wavering that it is on its way to you or that you already have it.
Take action to get that which you desire.
Stay the course.
Let nothing and no one deter you.
And when obstacles come,
As they will,
Know that you are on the right path.
Obstacles are put in our way so that we can learn a lesson and overcome them.
Take a deep breath in and exhale fully and completely.
Notice the state of being that you are currently in.
How peaceful you feel.
How calm you feel.
This is our natural state.
Life and all its obstacles will put stress on us and unneeded stress.
Even if you look at them correctly,
They are all lessons.
Every obstacle that has been put in your way thus far,
You have passed.
Every single one.
And how do I know?
You're still here.
Get your lessons.
Be grateful and give thanks for them even when it is trying.
I'm going to leave you here for one last minute while we close out our meditation.
3 Take one.
Take one last deep cleansing breath in.
Exhale fully and completely.
I give gratitude to all of you for listening to my meditations.
It brings me deep joy.
I would ask that you bring your awareness back into your body and that you start to roll your head around and roll your shoulders around.
Move your arms.
Start stretching,
Moving your legs,
Your ankles,
Toes.
Bring your awareness to being back in this space that you are in.
You can open your eyes whenever you're ready.
Take a moment.
I give deep gratitude to each and every one of you that listens to this meditation.
And I hope it brings you immense peace,
Immense love from me to you.
