This is a short morning meditation meant to help you start your day on an positive note and to set your intention for the day by having an attitude of gratitude!! Being grateful and carrying that vibration, only brings more abundance to us in our daily lives.

And now it's time for inner peace.

Peace and welcome to this morning's guided meditation.

One of the best ways to start your day is with a positive attitude and to be grateful for everything you have right now.

With this vibration you can attract things that you want in your life.

But for now at this moment you can fully appreciate what is already given to you.

Things that you already have in life.

This grateful attitude is a foundation upon which more goods can come into your life.

So let's start with an attitude of gratitude before we begin this meditation.

Let's set a tone and prepare yourself for today.

You are going to have a high vibrational day today.

Now I would ask that you put yourself in a comfortable position where you can focus well on this meditation.

Away from distractions and just taking the next few minutes for you.

Let's wake up our bodies and our minds by stretching our legs,

Stretching our hands,

Rolling our heads,

And rolling our shoulders.

Now take a deep breath in and exhale out.

Again deep breath in and exhale out.

Practice this breathing exercise mindfully for one minute and make your mind calm,

Pure,

And at peace.

Take a deep cleansing breath and then just breathe at your leisure.

I would now ask that you focus on the good in your life.

Let's bring a picture of what you were truly grateful for to the forefront of our minds.

Let's start from the aspect of you.

Be grateful that you are alive.

Be grateful for your sense of sight,

Sense of hearing,

Sense of smell,

Touch,

And taste.

What else are you grateful for?

Consider your parents,

Your family members,

Your pet,

Your friends.

Now I would ask that you focus on about a handful of people that you are truly grateful are in your life.

Be grateful to them for the happy moments they have given to you as well as the things you have learned from them.

Now I would ask that you focus upon the earth on which you live.

The air that you breathe in and out.

The water you drink.

The fire that heats your food.

The light through which you see this world.

In this moment,

Know that you are protected here.

You are relaxed here.

You are comfortable and blessed here.

So now take a moment and be grateful for your surroundings and the environment that you are in right now.

Just be here for a minute with your sense of thankfulness and appreciation.

As you breathe,

Let your gratitude go deeper.

As you breathe,

Let your gratitude go deeper and deeper within your heart.

Breathe in gratitude and gratefulness and exhale anything that is not serving you.

Let your gratitude continue to go deep within your heart.

Allow this sense of gratitude to wash over you fully and completely.

Focus on being alive right at this very moment,

Ready to make an impact on the day ahead of you.

You are the one chosen to be here having experiences and interactions made just for you.

What could be greater than that?

So inhale that blessing deep and on your exhale,

Feel the gratitude for it.

Again,

Deep breath in and exhale out.

One more time.

Deep breath in and exhale out.

Now I would ask that you say these mantras to yourself.

I am healthy.

I am wealthy.

I am successful.

Love and compassion are my inherent qualities.

I am open to giving and receiving love.

I am grateful for everything I have in my life.

All powers are within me.

I can achieve what I want.

I am responsible for what I am and where I am right now.

I trust my inner guidance.

I am grateful for being here in this world.

I am grateful for the unique qualities I possess.

Now I would ask that you just be thankful for the life and the experiences you have lived that have brought you to this very moment.

Take a minute and express your gratitude from the bottom of your heart.

Thank you.

Take a deep cleansing breath.

You can take this experience and this feeling with you and let it be your companion throughout this day.

Remember,

This unique,

One-of-a-kind day will never come back in your life.

So make your day productive,

Fruitful,

Enjoyable,

And special.

Promise yourself that you will live this day with joy and positivity.

Nothing anyone says or does can interrupt that.

Now go forth and have a beautiful day.

You can open your eyes whenever you are ready.
