And now it's time for inner peace.
Peace and welcome to this week's meditation on raising your vibration through breath work.
Sometimes in life we go through things that knock us down and we find it extremely hard to get back up and just get back to life.
Today we will raise our vibration through the simple task of conscious breathing.
Deep breathing increases the supply of oxygen to your brain and it stimulates our parasympathetic nervous system which promotes a state of calmness.
Breathing techniques help you feel connected to your body.
It brings your awareness away from the worries in your head and it quiets your mind.
Throughout this meditation we will take breath awareness a step further by simply focusing on our breathing the entire meditation.
Let's begin.
Find yourself a comfortable position to sit or lie down.
I'll give you a moment to do that.
Now it asks that you soften your gaze or gently close your eyes whichever you prefer.
Take a long slow inhale through your nose and when you get to the top of that inhale exhale completely through your mouth.
The same amount of time that you use to inhale,
Use to exhale.
A simple way to remember might be inhale 1,
2,
3,
Exhale 1,
2,
3.
I would ask that you repeat this succession of breathing five times.
I will leave you here for just a few moments.
Take one last breath.
Now it asks that you close your mouth comfortably and allow your breath to return to normal.
Find the breathing into your belly.
Stay with this form of breathing for the next several breaths.
So breathe in through your nose all the way into the bottom of your belly feeling it expand fully and completely with air and then exhale out of your nose as well.
Deep breaths is bringing oxygen into our body which naturally gives us a calm state,
Brings clarity of mind and raises the vibration.
I would ask that you please place your gaze at the point in between your eyebrows with your eyes closed.
I want you to focus on what has you feeling down.
Right now we are about to get rid of that out of our system.
Focusing and acknowledging on where we feel there is a lack or something you are just not happy with and actually dealing with the emotion of it actually helps heal us.
Focus on that thing that has you feeling down.
Take a deep breath in and exhale it out.
And on each exhale I want you to see that issue,
That problem leaving your body and feeling the vibration of your body raising.
Deep breath in all the way to the bottom of our feet.
Imagine the air is coming in the bottom of your feet and exhale fully and completely and on that exhale you are ridding the body of anything that is not serving you.
Any low thoughts,
Low vibration,
Grief,
Sadness,
An attitude of I can't do because you can.
One more time,
Breathe all the way into the bottom of your feet.
Hold for a count of three.
Exhale fully and completely and see the sadness,
The grief,
The low vibration exiting the body.
Notice the tingling sensation that is going on within the body right now.
We are raising our vibration.
One more time.
Deep breath in all the way to the bottom of the feet this time.
Hold for a count of five.
Exhale fully and completely out of your mouth.
Now it asks that you just breathe normally.
With your gaze still held in between your eyebrows,
I want you to form some mantras in your mind and you can repeat what I say internally or outwardly.
I am okay in this moment.
I feel happiness from within.
I am worthy.
I am happy.
I am at peace.
With each day,
I am becoming the most beautiful version of myself.
I am deserving of the good things that come to me.
I deserve love.
Now in this moment,
I want you to just bring your awareness to the body.
How do you feel in this moment?
You should feel an extreme amount of peace,
An extreme amount of calmness.
Just relish in this moment for the next few minutes.
I will leave you here for about a minute and a half to two minutes,
Just focusing on the present moment,
Because that is all we truly have.
Take one last deep cleansing breath in through your nose.
Exhale fully and completely out of your mouth,
Knowing that the day ahead of you or whatever is to come is made just for you.
I would ask you to start bringing your awareness back to being in the seat you're in or wherever you were lying.
Start wiggling your toes,
Moving your shoulders,
Moving your head around,
Bringing the energy back into this vessel of light that is you.
Know that you can always come back and visit this moment anytime you're feeling pressured or stressed,
Or maybe you feel like I'm not enough.
Come back to the present moment and just breathe.
Allow the healing of our breath to take over.
