This manifestation meditation is one of the best ways to raise your vibration. When you pour all of your energy into a meditation where you try to visualize what you want to manifest, your vibration aligns with that of your goal this helps you attain and remain in the right kind of mindset to achieve what you want and deserve.

And now it's time for inner peace.

This manifesting meditation will allow you to amplify your attracting power.

You will align yourself with the loving energy of the universe so that you may manifest the changes you desire.

This meditation is about 15 minutes long.

Practice it while sitting or lying down in a comfortable quiet space.

I would ask that you make yourself completely comfortable now and make sure that you will not be disturbed.

The ability to manifest lies within every one of us.

All it takes is learning simple techniques and mindfulness through things like meditation to awaken this power.

Meditation is not completely clearing your mind.

No.

We have a mind for a reason.

Meditation is training your mind to perform exactly how we intend to instead of allowing the mind to drag us around.

The most helpful thing that all of us have access to at any time is our breath.

Our breath has been there since the moment we were born and it's the thing that sustains our lives every day.

By honoring our breath when we are ready to set intentions creates a very powerful experience.

Let's begin by setting the intention to manifest the changes you desire.

Say to yourself now,

I manifest the changes that I desire.

Let's honor our breath now by taking five significant and dedicated breaths.

One,

Fully inhale expanding your belly and chest as much as you can holding it for a moment.

And exhale feeling a wave of relaxation sweep over you.

Two,

Inhale filling the entire breathing system with fresh oxygen.

Hold it.

And exhale noticing again that wave of relaxation gently sweeping over you.

Three,

Inhale so deeply that you are brimming with air.

Taking a moment at the top to soaking in the life force we call oxygen.

And exhale noticing your body relaxing in many areas without any effort from you.

Four,

Fully inhale the life force filling these breaths purifying your entire body.

Exhaling now not trying to do anything at all simply notice how you are feeling.

And five,

Last one a full and beautiful breath coming in hold it feeling the goodness of this simple task.

And exhale allowing that wave of relaxation to again sweep over you.

Now I would ask that you take note of how you are feeling in this very moment.

You now have an abundance of oxygen.

This is how we were truly created to feel.

Breathing deeply and fully is an expression of self compassion.

It unites us with universal love.

Let your breath be natural now and notice how abundance feels.

This is your new tool that you use when you are ready to manifest the reality you desire.

When you are feeling any kind of lack of motivation or negative inner talk you immediately pause and take five deep purposeful and powerful breaths.

These breaths allow for you to fully relax.

Taking these conscious and dedicated breaths gives you clarity and will amplify your health.

Manifesting is easy once you know the recipe.

You need three things desire,

Dedication and trust.

You must know what you want and desire it so greatly that you clearly see any path that you need to take to get there.

Knowing exactly what you are manifesting is very important.

The more details you add to your desire the better.

Write down your aspirations and goals and set you an exact time that it will be accomplished.

Take a moment to think about your dreams and aspirations and see as many details as possible.

I'm gonna leave you here for one minute as you think of all your dreams and aspirations that you would like to manifest for yourself.

You you Take a deep cleansing breath in through your nose feeling your whole chest and stomach area with air.

Exhale fully and completely.

Dedication is the second ingredient in manifestation.

Only you can put in the effort to take steps towards your desires and motivate yourself to practice this meditation technique every day.

You must take time every single day to do something that takes you closer to gaining what you seek.

Manifestation starts with you.

Notice how you feel in this moment.

Bring your awareness to your breathing,

To your body.

Notice how you feel.

Be present in this moment.

The last ingredient for manifestation is trust.

This is perhaps the easiest part because you simply let go and trust.

You completely let go of thinking about the things you have to do to bring it all together and have confidence and a knowing that things will always fall into place perfectly.

Take a few moments now to really trust in your desires becoming reality.

What does it feel like for you?

How do you feel knowing that you have it already?

You have manifested it already.

Notice how you were feeling right now in this moment.

Now say to yourself,

I know I can achieve my aspirations.

I deeply believe in myself.

I can clearly see how my goals and aspirations are attained.

I have a great desire to manifest my aspirations.

I put in daily dedication that is required of me.

I always believe in myself.

I trust the loving energy of the universe.

Visualizing is an extremely powerful way to manifest.

So imagine now that you have attained all that you desire.

See yourself vividly in your mind.

Visualize with great detail.

Notice what you look like,

Who you are talking to.

The more details you can add the better.

I would ask that you take several moments to vividly see yourself having manifested all that you wish.

I'm going to leave you here for another minute being in the moment and focusing on seeing yourself having manifested your deepest heart desire.

You you Take a deep cleansing breath in through your nose,

Filling your body with air until it can feel no more and exhaling it out fully and completely.

Notice the tingling in your body,

The energy you have just brought to yourselves.

Take another deep cleansing breath,

Inhaling peace,

Exhaling stress and everything that is not serving you or helping you be your greatest good.

I'd like you to bring your awareness back to being in this space,

In this place,

At this time being present in the body,

In the room,

On the chair,

On the bed,

On the floor,

Wherever you chose to do this meditation.

And I would ask that you start shrugging your shoulders,

Rolling your head around,

Twisting your hands and your wrists,

Bringing your awareness to being back in this body,

Moving your feet and toes,

Your ankles,

Moving your legs,

Bringing movement to the body to bring yourself back to being present.

Notice the peace and calm that is over you.

This is our natural state.

Relish here for a moment and you can open your eyes whenever you are ready.
