Shaken loose from the steady ground you've been walking on.

You try to hold on to what was as it's running through your fingers.

Feels like you are carrying a stone in your chest.

Every breath seems to carry less air to your lungs.

Your head running in chaotic circles trying to figure this out.

Trying to figure the other out.

And you are allowed,

You are allowed to let the tears flow.

But my dear,

Have you realized that you are still here?

That your sweet heart is still beating?

The steady current of life is still humming within you.

I know this might not even be good news.

It may feel oh so insignificant as everything seems so grey.

But what happens if you allow yourself to be and receive the precious gift of life even in this moment?

I want you to receive the tender gift of your heartbeat.

Close your eyes now if you haven't already and put your hands on your warm heart.

Feeling into your heart.

Letting yourself fall into your heart.

Allowing it all.

Allowing the sadness.

Allowing the heaviness.

Allowing the tears to carry it all out of you.

Remember to breathe into it.

Breathe into what you are feeling.

With every breath letting go a tiny bit more.

Freeing yourself of the pain moment by moment.

Breathing in and breathing out.

Breathing hurt in and breathing compassion out.

What does it feel like if you slowly start to give understanding to the ache in your heart?

Breathing into it as if it's the sweetest and most precious thing you own.

Breathing into your pain and breathing love out.

Breathing into your pain and breathing love out.

Allowing yourself to grieve the hopes and dreams of how things could have been.

And allowing yourself to grieve the beauty of what was.

It's okay.

It's okay to feel it all.

I want you to know that you are held in this moment.

By me.

By the universe.

And by yourself.

Notice this gift of feeling that is given to you.

Can you feel the kindness of this moment?

Can you feel this benevolent presence that holds you patiently?

What happens,

My dear,

If you lean into this goodness?

What happens if you allow yourself to appreciate the connection you had?

How does it feel to discover gratefulness for the love and sweet moments you've shared together?

Sending love for this person you've been with.

Allowing them to be free.

Sending them off in love.

And if you're not ready for that,

I want you to know that this is more than okay.

But I also want you to know that in letting them go,

You are walking through a portal of great expansion.

There are so many gifts awaiting you.

Presently wanting to give you what you've never dared to dream of.

What if life is so much bigger than what you are allowing yourself to hope for?

Now send that love towards yourself.

Because this is what it's all about.

The love within you.

Feel the love swirling under your hands,

In your chest.

Realizing that your heart can,

In fact,

Never be broken.

That you are whole and an exquisite being of light.

Loved completely and fully.

Feel how you can allow sadness,

Hurt and sorrow,

While still loving.

You are capable,

Dear one.

You are capable of feeling it all.

You are capable of holding center in this whirlwind of transition.

Feel what happens with the pain if you turn inward and come home to yourself.

Feeling the love that is still dancing within you.

Now you can slowly deepen your breath.

Wiggle your fingers and toes and come back to this moment.

Open your eyes.

You can bow your head to your heart and thank yourself for taking this time.

I'm Miriam Amavi and I feel honored that you let me be your guide for this meditation.

Till next time,

Sending Love.

I have been.in contact with a woman in Ukraine since the war started - 02/24/2022. 3 days ago, she made a false accusation against me and has cut off communication. This does happen with people trying to survive war and protect those closest to them not in the war directly. I am heart broken. I cannot let go right now. You meditation is like a balm on my aching heart. Thank you for listening to the Universe and sharing your loving words.
