Welcome to this meditation for manifesting a life without fear,
Full of safety and ease.
I'm Miriam and I'll be your guide for this meditation.
You can do this meditation with a specific fear in mind or just use it to dissolve that nagging general fear in your life.
The more you do this meditation,
The easier it gets to embody the fearlessness.
So repeat as often as it feels supportive and good.
Enjoy!
You can start with taking a deep,
Deep breath.
Hold it and breathe out.
Let it go.
Let everything go that you're holding onto.
Let go of the day thus far and breathe in deeply.
And breathe out.
And once again,
Breathe in.
Hold it and let it go.
If you've not closed your eyes already,
You can do so now and just really settle down right where you are.
And you can start thinking about what fear is currently holding you back from living the life you want to live.
Or maybe you notice that there is a fear,
A general fear that is always with you.
You just have to become conscious of this fear.
And now that you are,
You can let it go for now and feel into your heart space.
Breathe into that place.
Feel into your heart.
Deeper.
Feel the love that lives in this place.
Feel the fierceness and fearlessness of your heart.
And now you can open your heart for new possibilities.
Feel the connection to your heart.
Feel what it's like to live your life from your heart,
Not from fear.
And now you can allow your heart to take the lead because it is trustworthy.
Imagine now how your life would look and especially feel if you weren't afraid.
If there was no fear in your life.
If you weren't afraid of that thing.
If it all just always works out for you and you knew that nothing could go wrong.
Feel into this.
That everything happens for you.
Maybe you feel a sense of ease and.
.
.
Maybe a weight lifts off your shoulders.
Maybe you don't know how it feels and that's okay.
Now looking at the thing you're scared of.
Imagine what would be the absolute best outcome in regards to that fear.
What if it just works out in the most wonderful and magical way?
How would that feel in your body?
What would have happened?
And if you don't know,
It's okay.
Just go into this feeling when it worked out.
How would you treat your friends and loved ones,
Co-workers,
People you know,
If you had no fear?
How would you treat yourself?
How would you see yourself?
What would you do or not do if you had no fear?
How would your body feel like when life is serendipitous and feels safe?
How does safety feel in your body?
How does it feel into your body?
How does ease feel in your body?
Feel that deeply.
Maybe your shoulders relax.
Maybe a feeling of calm spreads through your body.
Perhaps your mind settles down.
Or you can feel a sense of certainty and trust.
Maybe you feel confident.
Maybe you feel settled within yourself.
Not needing anything.
When you have that deep trust within yourself,
How do you get up in the morning?
How do you feel knowing that your day will be magical and full of positive surprises?
When the whole universe is working in your favor?
How does it feel to trust?
When you have a sense of knowing that everything will work out in your highest good?
Maybe you can feel now that fear and anxiety don't seem to belong to you anymore.
They don't have a place in this new reality.
You have outgrown them for now.
Feel how these worst case scenarios don't fit into your reality anymore.
How they've become obsolete.
Notice how you've become so much bigger and so much more powerful than fear.
How you've become more love.
You are filled with trust and safety.
Now I'll give you a few moments to bask in this feeling and really feel it in your body right now.
And now you can deepen your breath and it's okay if these fears come back throughout your day.
That just means it's a reminder for you to keep practicing to trust and to feel into fearlessness.
To fully reap the benefits of this meditation you can do it daily if it feels good.
Now you can take a few more deep breaths.
Feel grateful for this feeling and slowly you can open your eyes and come back to the room.
