Hello and I welcome you to the last day of 21 days mindfulness session,
21 meditations and it was a beautiful journey to record these 21 meditations for you.
These meditation are very close to my heart and they will create it on the practical experience which I see around me and I really hope till now these 20 sessions have helped you today.
We are going to do our last meditation together which is called as hugging meditation.
I love this and there are no stages to it.
There is only one stage to it today.
Hugging is a beautiful way to express a love for ourselves and other people and due to certain reasons,
Due to certain community or religious reason you are not able to hug and you would not like to go ahead with the session.
I absolutely understand and really apologize for that but here we are going to use it as a healing method and irrespective of any religion or any community and I hope you are okay with that.
It's going to be a guided session with your eyes closed and I will ask you in the session to hug yourself and throughout the session you will be just hugging yourself.
I am just showing you the physical posture towards it,
You are hugging yourself and I will keep guiding you towards the session.
Gently breathe in and breathe out,
Take your positions either on a chair or you could be sitting on the floor on a yoga mat.
Feel free in case you would like to wear your blindfolds.
Gently breathe in and breathe out a few times and as you breathe in and breathe out slowly close your eyes.
Relax your hands,
Relax your feet,
Relax your shoulders and start the meditation.
Gently breathe in and breathe out a few more times as we start this beautiful and loving hugging meditation and I would like to start with you hugging yourself the way I demonstrated you.
Just hug yourself.
Hug yourself the way you want to hug yourself.
You can even keep your legs together and hug yourself as a whole person if you are able to.
I mean I am not able to,
Some people are able to.
So do that.
Just hug yourself tightly and shower yourself with a lot of love,
With a lot of love which your heart is missing,
Could be.
With a lot of compassion,
With a lot of care.
Just have a feel this love.
And while you are hugging yourself with a lot of love,
I would like you to give next two to three minutes in speaking and sharing your love for yourself.
What do you love about yourself?
What do you love about you as a person,
As a soul?
I want you to share it with yourself.
Speak your heart out.
No one is here listening to you.
It's only you with yourself.
But the point is that your soul needs to listen from you what you really would like to express.
And you can start it now.
Go for it.
And I am sure you have shared with yourself by now beautifully.
And whatever little or more you share,
It's absolutely okay.
Even if it was one night or even if there were two pages of love letter.
Just keep hugging yourself and feel this love for yourself.
No one else is in the picture here.
It's only you.
Feel this love on yourself.
And now,
Slowly take your focus and choose those three people you would like to hug right now,
One by one,
If you are okay with it.
Keep hugging yourself.
But now I want you to hug yourself as if you're hugging that first person.
No need to say anything,
No words.
Nothing needs to be spoken.
Just hug that person and express your love.
Take your time and shower your love towards that person.
We all want to show our love.
And you could be of any gender.
Showing love has nothing to do with it.
It's an expression of soul.
Go ahead and express your love.
Full out.
Keep hugging this man,
This person till the time you feel complete.
Give it time.
And once you feel complete,
You can gently move on to the second person and then the third person.

Gently relax your hands breathe in and breathe out bring a beautiful smile on your face slowly start preparing yourself to come back to this room to your body to your breath and once you feel complete gently open your eyes I wish you a day filled with love hugs care and compassion hugging can heal I believe that hugging can heal what a lot of medicines and surgeries cannot I think I really can heal those parts of relationships where you've tried everything it's powerful it's very very powerful and if you are working with it I would like you to go out today and express your love through hugging with every person who matters to you and who would be comfortable when you're hugging just hug no need to hug for a few seconds and just went off and hey bro just hug just being that hug let the hug take over no need to open the other person by what you're doing man really keep it simple keep your hug very simple and very loving and you let me know how you feel about it how the other person feels about it okay well here we are the end of 21 meditations 21 days but it's not an end of me meeting with you like this there will be a lot of more sessions coming a lot of more courses will be coming and even when these 21 meditations are over keep repeating them keep picking up randomly for any day whichever you feel you need it the most and keep practicing it if these 10 minutes can help you to go through the day in a much better manner why not right so but still I would like to hear from you in detail how these meditations help you how these sessions help you in your life in your work in your career in your thoughts in your overall personality in your mindset and what more kind of sessions are you looking at would like to want from me and why and I would love to create it for you if I can so all the best to you take care of yourself be kind be compassionate be loving because I think these are the qualities we need in the times we are in the most yeah lovely seeing you and I will see you guys soon take care of self no escape love you
