Mother Earth because I feel the planet is being in care of us and I am recording these videos in the times of Covid-19,
The pandemic where I feel that our Mother Earth is going through its own healing,
Its own transformation and we are going through what we are going through and we are going to dedicate a meditation only for our planet so and I hope you will be there for it so it's going to be seated meditation,
I am going to guide you step by step and let's go on with it before we start I would just like to show two chakras and we will be using it for the meditation the top of the head is called a crown chakra,
I will be sharing it during the meditation also and the centre of the chest is heart chakra gently breathe in and breathe out,
In case you would like to wear your blackfolds please do that and as you breathe in and breathe out,
Gently close your eyes and breathe in and breathe out a few more times relax your shoulders,
Relax your spine,
Relax your head,
Relax your feet,
Your hands let your thoughts be the way they are be conscious of where you are sitting and right now,
Your surroundings keep breathing in and keep breathing out visualize a bright white light just above your crown chakra waiting to enter your body through your crown chakra,
Which is the top of your head it must be the brightest,
Shiniest white light you must have ever encountered in your life as you breathe in and breathe out,
I will request you to allow this healing white light to enter your body and spread in each and every corner of your body visualize your whole body filled with this healing white light and once you feel your whole body is filled with it,
See the excess of white light coming out from your body through your heart chakra,
Which is the center of the chest and filling your room where you are sitting right now now,
I would like you to visualize our planet,
Mother earth right in front of your heart chakra,
Like a small ball look at it,
And cover our planet with this healing white light see our planet,
Getting back to the best of the state with all its resources replenished see the water on our planet,
Absolutely healthy,
Happy and free from all the wastage,
All the dirt,
All the debris see the life in water,
Absolutely healthy and happy,
And completely healed see the land of our dear mother earth,
Healed to the best of its capacity healthy enough to bring in beautiful food to ourselves minerals,
Vitamins,
Everything,
Whatever the soil can produce,
And give it and share it with us,
It's doing it beautifully see the people on the planet,
Loving,
Happy,
Kind and compassionate see all the living creatures on this planet,
Respecting and loving each other trees and plants growing beautifully,
And the whole ecosystem is natural and healthy see a lot of fresh air,
A lot of beauty around us,
And a lot of peace in our thoughts and actions see this planet the way you really want to see it as,
When I say it's heat keep covering each and every corner with this healing white light and ask yourself what are the three things you need to do from today onwards to bring in your contribution towards the planet keep breathing in and breathe out and slowly start preparing yourself to come back come back to your room or the place you are sitting right now your surroundings,
Your body,
Your breath,
And once you feel complete,
Gently open your eyes we can all make simple contributions towards the planet by being mindful of our surroundings,
Of how we can take care of nature of how we can waste less food,
Or how we can take care of our resources available to us we can do a lot,
So you ask yourself what are the things you would like to do to take care of the planet and do that,
Have a beautiful day ahead in consciousness with the planet because we are the planet it's us,
So every bit counts,
So you ask yourself what would you like to do and I wish you a beautiful day with the planet today take care of yourself,
