This is a short meditation designed to create a sanctuary in the heart, in which we can whisper words of loving, and self-acceptance. First, we tune into the breath, then allow warm, golden light to pour through the body to bring deep healing. We then repeat affirmations to embed a new, more loving acceptance of ourselves and finally spread the light throughout our whole body and into the world.
