So sit or lie down in a quiet place.
Close your eyes and relax,

Focus for a minute on your breathing,
Feeling the expansion and contraction of the body wherever you feel it.
As the breath comes in,
Say to yourself in your mind,
Rising and as the breath goes out of the body,
Say falling,
Rising,
Falling.
Try to feel the changing sensations in the body brought about by the breathing process.
When your mind wanders,
Bring it back to the breath.
Now we will start our affirmations.
I ask your subconscious mind for permission to accept these words as a truth that slowly dawns upon you and brings great transformation into your life.
You can repeat after me aloud or in your mind or you can just soak in the words as I say them and feel them.
