I'm Casey Estrada with MindBodyIndigo and this is a meditation to reconnect to your breath and your body.
Making yourself a comfortable place to pause either sitting or lying down.
Meeting yourself wherever it is that you are today.
Taking a moment to feel yourself in your space.
Allowing whatever your body is resting on be what fully supports you right now.
Receiving the invitation from the gravitational pull of the earth to just rest.
Releasing your jaw,
Softening your shoulders,
Resting into your tailbone and feeling into your feet.
Taking a few deeper breaths filling your lungs fully and then slowly exhaling all the way out.
Allowing your breath to begin to invite your body to settle in and to unwind.
Releasing any tension with your out breath.
Taking a couple of more deeper breaths here.
Allowing this movement to be mindful and slow.
Following your breath all the way back out.
And letting your breath now return to its natural pace and rhythm.
Letting it be exactly what it is.
Not trying to change anything.
And noticing the gentle movement of your breath here.
Noticing how your body moves with every breath.
Seeing the gentle expansion and release in your chest,
Your abdomen,
Your sides,
Even your back.
Letting your awareness drift and be with this movement.
This continuous wave.
This rhythm of your own body.
Staying with every rise and fall,
Every in and out,
Every ebb and flow,
Every receiving and every letting go.
The gentle movement of your breath is always available to invite you home to your body,
To yourself and to the present moment.
This rhythm is something that only belongs to you.
Staying with its gentle movement,
Allowing your breath to be your guide.
Letting you to calmness,
Ease and stability.
There seems to be a struggle of your own.
