Now let's begin by either sitting or lying down,

Whatever is most comfortable for you.

If you can,

Have your hips above your knees,

The back fairly erect.

Just in whatever posture you can sit for an extended period of time and not feel any aches or pains.

You want to be completely relaxed and at rest physically and mentally.

Once we have found this position,

Putting our phone down and fixing our eyes on one spot in the room.

It can be a spot on the wall,

It can be a spot on the ceiling,

If you're sitting outside it could be a tree or a light.

Just fixing our eye on one spot.

As you stare at this spot,

I now want you to feel like you're projecting a light onto this spot from the middle of your forehead.

And every time you breathe out,

You're shining that light brighter on the spot.

And every time you breathe in,

You feel as though energy is coming in through that same spot on your forehead.

And just allow your breath to naturally flow.

Breathing out,

Breathing in,

Just as it naturally would.

And continue with your eyes open to stare at that one spot.

And now starting to breathe a little bit deeper and really drawing energy in through the middle of the forehead.

And pushing it out almost as if there's a beam of light coming out of the center of your forehead.

And now gently close your eyes.

And still remain with that sensation of breathing in and out of the middle of your forehead.

And now transition to feeling that sensation at the top of your head.

Well every time you breathe in,

You feel as though energy is coming in through the top of your head.

And every time you breathe out,

Shooting energy and light out of the top of your head.

Deep breath in.

Energy rushes into your body through the top of your head.

And as you exhale out,

Energy shoots out of the top of your head.

And continue on just like this.

And now not trying to affect the breath or change it,

Just allowing it to naturally flow in through the top of your head.

And out through the top of your head.

Now breathe in through the top of your head.

And as you exhale,

Allow it to release out of the bottom of your spine.

If you're sitting,

All releases down towards the ground.

If you're lying down,

It shoots towards the front of the room.

Breathe in,

Comes in through the top of the head.

And exhale out through the bottom of your spine.

New energy in,

Old energy out.

And as we go about this,

You begin to feel your body full of new energy.

Full of vitality.

Full of strength.

Full of power.

And the longer you go about this exercise,

The more these feelings will increase.

And continue on for as long as you'd like.

As soon as you are done,

Gently open your eyes.

Fix them on that same place in the room.

Wait 30 seconds.

And then continue on with your day.
