Meditation - The Essence Of Life

All of the words that look and sound different are from the one alphabet. Many pots can be made from the one essence of clay. This meditation allows a softening of the edges of your reality. Explore a contemplation deconstructing the illusory essence of the objects that surround you. The universe of objects, space-time and matter-energy morphed into the physical reality as we know it. Call it the big bang. Imagine - what came before?

Sitting quietly,

Soften your body into your body and relax your mind into your mind.

Allow the outside to fall away.

Notice if your breath has slowed and deepened.

As you breathe,

Feel the sensation of the air and how it alters your mood.

Imagine with each breath you are breathing in the essence of life.

Beginning with clay,

You can make many different pots.

Beginning with gold,

You can make multiple types of jewelry.

Water can make many ice carvings.

Earth can make almost anything you want.

All the pots that look different are from the one clay.

All the necklaces,

Rings and bracelets are of the one gold.

All the things we make are of the one Earth.

Each of the different things are only made of their one essence.

They appear different and have different uses,

But each one in its field is of the one essence of that field.

The form,

Shape,

Size,

Function and appearance have changed,

But not its true essence.

That remains unchanged.

The form,

Shape,

Functions and appearance of the universe are all of the same essence of God as awareness or consciousness.

Just as the necklace that looks like a necklace is gold,

The Earth that looks like a planet is God.

God is not hidden.

God is the reality of the Earth.

As gold is the reality of jewelry and water the reality of ice carvings as well as the waves of the ocean.

A pot is made by shaping and heating clay.

It does not become anything other than clay.

Jewelry is made by shaping and polishing gold.

It does not become anything other than gold.

God changes form and shape and appears as the universe.

The universe of space-time and matter-energy morph into the physical reality as we know it.

Call it the Big Bang.

It is still God that now appears as the Earth and us.

Right now you,

As God,

In the appearance of you,

Are sitting,

Walking,

Lying down or standing on God as the appearance of the Earth.
