Hi there.

You know you're not gonna feel on every day and it's okay to feel a bit aimless sometimes.

But on those days it helps to pause,

To step back from the pressure of figuring everything out and just be for a moment.

So let's do that.

Let's just take a slow breath in and let it out.

Just feel where your body rests,

How it's supported by the chair,

The floor,

Space around you.

Just let yourself settle into that support.

We're just gonna continue to breathe,

Continue to be.

And if your thoughts feel scattered,

That's okay.

If you're unsure of what to do next,

That's okay.

You don't have to force direction.

Right now all you need to do is notice.

Notice how your breath moves,

How your body feels,

The sounds around you.

No expectations,

Just awareness.

Take another breath and exhale.

Just imagine releasing the need to have all the answers.

Not every day needs to have a grand purpose.

Some days it's just about being here.

So just sit with that and quiet for a moment and let that be enough.

Now when you're ready,

Take one more deep breath and then move forward one small step at a time.
