Let's talk about change and uncertainty.
Because even when we know it's part of life,
It can still feel disorienting.
Plans shift,
Routines dissolve,
And suddenly the future we thought we understood becomes blurry.
And it's tempting to try and grip tighter,
To search for control in a sea of unknowns.
But what if uncertainty isn't something to fear,
But something we can soften into?
Let's try it.
Let's take a deep breath,
Inhaling,
And a slow,
Steady exhale.
Just letting yourself land in this moment.
Not in the future.
Not in the past.
Right here.
Now,
Uncertainty is uncomfortable,
Yeah.
But it's also where possibility lives.
A job that you never expected.
A friendship that surprises you.
The strength that you found in the middle of not knowing.
When we stop resisting the unknown,
We start to move with life,
Rather than against it.
We start to grow in ways we couldn't have planned.
As Eckhart Tolle reminds us,
When you become comfortable with uncertainty,
Infinite possibilities open up in your life.
And maybe,
Just maybe,
Today is the beginning of something new unfolding.
So,
As you go about your day,
Let yourself breathe.
Try to trust what's emerging.
And remember that you don't need all the answers to take the next step.
Thank you so much for joining me.
