Hey,
Good morning.
So I thought before the world gets too loud,
Before your phone lights up or the to-do list kicks in,
We'd just take a moment,
Just for you.
So let's let the body settle in.
Let your breath come and go naturally.
As you inhale,
Feel the air moving in,
And as you exhale,
Just letting your shoulders drop a little,
Softening wherever it needs.
There's nothing you need to figure out right now.
Nothing to solve or to accomplish,
You're just here,
And that's enough.
Maybe take a quiet scan of your body.
Notice how you're arriving this morning.
Are you tired,
Rested,
Maybe a little stiff,
Calm?
Whatever's here,
It's okay.
You're just breathing.
Just as the sun comes up,
So do you.
And like the sky slowly filling with light,
You can choose to enter the day with steadiness,
With openness.
You don't have to force anything,
Just gently moving.
If it feels right,
Maybe you can choose a word to carry with you.
Just something simple,
Like ease,
Or focus,
Or kindness.
Let that be your anchor for today.
Thich Nhat Hanh once said,
Every morning we're born again.
What we do today is what matters most.
And that's a reminder that you don't have to carry yesterday into today.
You get to begin again.
So with that in mind,
Let's just take one more breath.
And when you're ready,
Go forward with your day,
Calm in your body,
With presence in your step.
Thanks so much for joining me.
Have a great day.
