Transcript

I would like you to sit or lay down in a comfortable position.

Take a deep breath in and now slowly and gently let your breath out.

Another very deep breath in and slowly breathe out.

Just one more time,

Breathing in as deep as you can and very slowly breathing out.

I would now like you to imagine you are in a magical room.

This is a very special room.

It has beautiful coloured walls.

The golden lamps are hanging on the walls making it feel safe and cosy.

You can see that there are comfortable soft chairs and I would like you in your imagination to walk to one of these magnificent chairs.

And sit down.

Feel how pleasant the fabrics feel.

So comfortable.

You feel as snug as a bug in a rug.

So happy and safe as you take your place in the chair.

In front of you there is a small table.

It is shimmering golden in the light.

This room makes you feel happy,

Safe and peaceful.

You can smell various scents surrounding you that is making you feel so cheerful.

Take another deep breath in through the nose if you can and soak up the pleasing smells.

Breathing in nice and deep you begin to hear the soft sound of wings.

The wings are beginning to come closer to you and you feel excited.

You are delighted as you begin to see a small fairy coming closer towards you.

Flying closer and closer towards you.

Until there it is,

Stood straight in front of you on the table.

It is so exciting to see the fairy stood in front of you with its delicate wings.

Such a dazzling fairy and it smiles lovingly at you.

The fairy waves its magnificent wand and suddenly a bag appears on the table.

But this is no ordinary bag.

This bag is an extraordinary bag.

It is gleaming and golden lights are glittering in and around it.

The fairy looks at you with a loving smile and very softly says,

This is your magical worry bag.

Everything you place into this bag will be turned into fairy dust.

You feel so thrilled.

Your very own magical bag.

The fairy opens the bag for you.

Now everything that has and is worrying you place into the magical bag.

Any hurt,

Anger,

Frustration,

Absolutely everything that you can think of.

See it all going into the worry bag.

Every time you place something in the bag you can feel it being replaced with love,

Joy,

Peacefulness and happiness.

Just keep putting everything that you don't like into the bag.

You feel so light and cheerful.

The fairy taps its magical wand and poof the bag disappears and shimmering fairy dust begins to circle and dance around you.

Just look at all the glittering colours surrounding you.

The fairy smiles lovingly at you once more.

Then it flies towards you and gives you a gentle kiss on the forehead.

It makes you feel all warm and happy inside.

The fairy then whispers in your ear.

You are special.

Before it slowly flies away again.

Relax here a few more moments in the comfortable chair smelling the various scents around you and looking at the golden lamps knowing that you are safe and loved.
