Gently releasing it on the out breath.
Becoming totally relaxed.
All of your muscles becoming more and more relaxed.

With each breath you are feeling more and more relaxed,
Calm,
At peace.
I would like you now to imagine an ancient temple.
Your temple.
Your safe haven.
The temperature is comfortable.
Take a look around you.
See how high the pillars are.
Notice if there are any carvings,
Symbols,
Inscriptions on the pillars.
Look above you.
What does the ceiling look like?
Is it painted?
Take a look below your feet.
See how the floor is paved with hundreds of geometrically cut and polished tiles.
Notice the fabrics hanging on the walls.
Lush,
Delicate silk.
The temple is well lit.
Thousands of lamps and candles gleaming.
You know this is your safe haven.
Bring your awareness to the intoxicating smell of tropical vegetation.
Various plants,
Fruits,
Trees,
Herbs and spices.
The smell of incense.
Close by you can hear the soft sound of music and chants from high priests.
You are feeling safe and protected.
You know where you are going.
You begin to walk towards the partition.
Standing in front of it,
You see to the right a tiny gap.
A gap just big enough for you to place your finger in.
Excitedly you place your finger in the gap and the partition opens for you.
You see a well lit room.
In the centre is a solid ancient table and a golden chair.
You know this is your chair and you walk towards it and take your place.
On the table there are sheets of papyrus.
They are blank.
Laid next to the papyrus is an extravagant ink pen.
These items are exclusive and meant for you.
Meant for you to write down anything you would like to release.
Anything that is holding you back from becoming your authentic self.
Removing all labels.
Removing all the roles.
Removing the mass.
Dissolving the mass that are not your true authentic self.
Removing all the hurt,
Pain,
Guilt.
Anything that is holding you back.
Anything that no longer serves you beneath the mask.
You take the extravagant ink pen in your hand and begin to write everything down on the papyrus.
With every word you write you are becoming free of drama.
Dissolving the mass.
Returning to freedom.
Returning to the pure divine soul you are.
There are no limits.
Write everything down.
In the corner of your room you now see a cauldron made of precious metals and invaluable gems.
It smells heavenly.
A mixture of frankincense,
Myrrh,
Sandalwood,
Cedar,
Teak and moss.
A pure cleansing scent.
Glowing embers and flames twirling in a fiery dance.
You walk towards the cauldron.
One by one you place the sheets of papyrus and watch how the flames begin leaping in excitement.
Burning all the negativity.
As each piece burns you feel more love in your heart.
More peace.
You feel lighter.
A free divine soul.
You know you can now play your part.
Your true role.
No longer do you require the mask.
You are your authentic self.
All restrictions that you or others have consciously or subconsciously positioned upon yourself have been released.
You no longer have any worries,
Cares or concerns to show your true beautiful soul.
You turn to make your way back through the partition.
On the other side you place your finger once again in the gap and the partition closes securely behind you.
You feel relaxed,
Revitalised,
Restored.
Enjoy this peaceful place for a few more moments.
Memorise the sights,
Sounds and sensations around you.
You know you can return to your sacred temple at any time.
Keeping the feeling of calm,
Love,
Peace and freedom.
Gently bring your attention back to the present moment.
Take several deep breaths and when ready open your eyes.
