Transcript

Take a moment to settle into a comfortable position,

Making sure you are cosy.

Breathe in,

Hold for a moment and release.

Bring your attention to your feet.

With each out breath see and feel all the tension being released from your toes,

Soles of your feet and ankles.

Breathing in energy and releasing all tension on the out breath.

Feel all the tension being removed.

Now bring your attention to the calves of your legs and knees.

See and feel how all the tension is gradually being released on the out breath.

Gently all tension being released.

Concentrate now on your thighs and hips.

All tension being released on the out breath.

Feeling more and more relaxed with each breath.

Notice how the whole of your body is relaxing bit by bit.

Notice how your stomach,

Back and shoulders are becoming relaxed without any effort.

Gently relaxing all muscles.

This feeling of relaxation gradually spreading from the tips of your toes to the top of your head.

Everything wonderfully relaxed.

All tension released.

Your whole body wonderfully relaxed.

Allow the following scene to unfold.

You are stood in a busy street.

Everything and everyone is rushing around.

You look to your right and notice a small alleyway with an old wooden door.

The paint is in places damaged yet it still looks remarkable.

You walk towards the door and notice a brass handle.

Inquisitive you turn the brass handle and the door opens.

Displaying a splendid cherry tree orchard in full blossom.

So impressive.

You close the door behind you.

The wind is blowing softly which feels like a breath of fresh air.

You can smell an extremely light fresh fruit fragrance and the air is so clean.

The light is filtering through the trees.

The sun is mildly warming your face and body.

Feeling safe you begin to walk along a path.

Leaves crunching beneath your feet.

Treading lightly on moss.

The grass soft under your bare feet.

You notice a pond with crystal clear water and begin walking towards it.

Petals of cherry blossom are scattered on the surface.

Koi are swimming freely,

Playfully,

Contentedly.

Sun rays reflecting and dancing on the water.

Next to the pond is a couch wrapped with costly lavish fabrics.

It is so welcoming.

You walk towards the couch.

You lay down on the couch and touch the fabrics.

They feel so soft,

Delicate,

Velvety.

You look up at the cherry blossom.

You see how each blossom is unique.

Some white,

Some light pink,

Others dark pink.

Each petal so fragile.

Honey bees are visiting the delicate flowers.

Sea sparrows,

Japanese white-eye,

Green finches,

Turtle doves.

All extremely energetic,

Constantly moving,

Gathering their nectar.

Although they appear busy,

They are not daunted by the tass ahead.

Such beauty.

So peaceful.

So tranquil.

Your whole body is feeling so relaxed as you realise that you are connected and are also a segment of this gentle,

Restful and calm place.

Feel your connection to the divine energy knowing that all is in perfect harmony.

All is one.

Nature doesn't worry,

Fear or stress.

Everything is in perfect order.

Just a while here,

Observing the blossom,

The birds,

Staying with this deep,

Relaxing and peaceful feeling of bliss a moment.

It is now time to return to the here and now.

Bringing with you the sensations of peace,

Relaxation,

Clear and focused,

Feeling refreshed and knowing that everything is in perfect order.
