Now let's slow down our breath even more.
Inhaling and exhaling.
Now through the nose.
Feeling your body let go and relax even more.
Your muscles are releasing.
Your whole body enjoying this time of relaxation.
Taking a few more deep breaths.
Music In your mind's eye,
Imagine yourself next to a beautiful waterfall.
In an area with a mountain and lots of trees and greenery.
Imagine yourself seated in a comfortable place.
On a grassy area,
Rocks,
Soft cool peat moss.
Anything that feels comfortable for you.
Music Notice the clouds drifting above.
Feel the mist from the waterfall.
It feels cool and refreshing on this beautiful day.
Hear the birds chirping,
Singing,
And playing in the waterfall,
Drinking the pooled water nearby.
Music As the wind gently blows,
You hear the leaves clatter against each other.
The breeze is delightful on this day.
The temperature feels perfect.
The sunlight comes down and warms your body.
It's a wonderful feeling.
The sunlight seems to flow through and penetrate into your body,
Relaxing every part of your being.
Take another deep breath.
Your breathing slows down even more.
Your muscles let go even further.
Your muscles and cells are drinking in this beautiful light.
It flows from your head to your toes,
Illuminating your entire being.
This light feels as though it's amplifying your good qualities deep inside of you.
It's as if the light is pushing the good qualities into the surface of your mind so you have access to them.
This light shows you aspects that you have not been able to see until now.
The light that is being in the way seems to be pushed out of the way and released into the ground.
Take a deep breath.
Feel yourself go deeper into relaxation.
Your breath has slowed down even more.
Your heart rate is slower.
Your whole being is completely relaxed and in a receiving mode.
To the side of the waterfall,
You notice something that looks like a cave.
You walk over.
There is a carved sign that says your name on it.
You decide to enter as it feels very safe.
There are torches all around so it's very easy to see inside of the cave.
At the end of the walk,
You notice a chalkboard on the cave wall with a message above it that says beliefs and messages of the mind.
There are many words scribbled on this chalkboard and you begin to read.
You realize these are the negative messages that are coming from the parts of your mind.
On this chalkboard,
You read all of your failures,
All of the limiting beliefs,
All the messages that you received overtly and covertly over the course of your life.
These are the blocks to your success.
Each line that you read,
You have the choice to see them and then erase them with the eraser that's in your hand.
You decide to erase the beliefs and messages realizing that this is the beginning of your transformation.
You are now choosing not to live your life by these limiting beliefs and messages.
Continue reading all of the messages and beliefs and erase them all until the board is empty.
As you erase,
You look down on the ground and see the chalk dust from the erased messages on the earth.
As you look at this chalk dust,
It appears as if the earth is soaking up all the dust.
It's being absorbed into the earth.
These old messages and beliefs are vanishing right before your eyes.
As you look at the empty blackboard,
Take another deep cleansing breath,
Remembering the light that you soaked up from the sun at the waterfall just a few moments ago.
Breathe in and see that light illuminating your entire being.
See the light from your being extend outside of you and illuminate the whole cave.
This is the light from your being.
This is the light from your being.
This is who you really are.
Anything else that you believed about yourself is now in the past.
As you breathe in this light,
There are new messages of truth bubbling up from within you.
Your breath seems to be releasing them and bringing them up to the surface.
Feel these new truths rise up within you now.
These messages and beliefs were buried under the lies that others told you and you mistakenly believed.
Now it's time for truth to come out about who you really are,
Your ability to be successful,
And how much you can accomplish.
Pick up the chalk at the top of the chalkboard,
Write these words,
My new truth.
Take a deep breath.
This is who you really are.
In a moment,
You will allow yourself to begin to free write whatever comes to your mind.
Allow your higher self,
Your true self,
The self that knows your abilities,
Talents,
And successes to write easily and freely.
Give yourself permission to own your good,
To own how amazing you are,
To step into your whole successful,
Balanced,
Wonderful life that's waiting for you.
Begin writing now and see these sentences at the top of your list.
Begin with,
I am successful.
I am worthy of success.
It is time for my success.
I deserve success.
Allow these beliefs to penetrate into the mind,
Deep into your core.
Take a deep breath.
I make my life a priority.
I matter.
I am confident.
I am capable,

And creative.
I am lovable.
Take a deep breath.
And now continue with the other positive messages that your inner self wants to reveal to you.
Write.
Breathe in these new statements that have been uncovered about yourself.
Own them.
They are yours to own.
Take a step back and read everything on this chalkboard.
This is who you are.
Next to this chalkboard of your positive qualities,
Of the true you and your ability to become successful,
Is another chalkboard with the word goals at the top.
Walk to that chalkboard now.
You have things that you want to accomplish that you have been putting off.
Perhaps you were scared,
Didn't feel confident enough,
Didn't feel worthy,
Whatever the case may be.
It's time now for these goals to come through you.
Your true self knows it's time to move forward with your life and make you and your goals a priority.
Pick up the chalk and write one to five goals that are the most important goals to your success right now.

Now read through the chalkboard with all of your goals.
Imagine yourself accomplishing these goals.
How will you emotionally feel when you accomplish these goals?
When you think about accomplishing these goals,
What happens to your body?
How do you physically feel knowing these goals have been accomplished?
Does your body expand or contract?
Do you feel lighter or heavier?
Tune into your body and notice what's happening inside of you.
Take a deep breath.
You are successful.
You are a goal setter and accomplish your goals.
You are worthy of success.
You are a successful person.
You are a person who knows that you can accomplish your goals.
You are worthy of success and will accomplish everything you set out to do.
Your mind now believes this and knows at your core that you are remarkable and able to do anything.
You are ready to move forward and become the successful person your inner self knows that you are.
The real you is ready to come out and accomplish everything your heart desires.
