Let us begin by closing our eyes and taking a long,

Slow,

Deep breath in and out.

Letting aside and letting go of all fears,

Worries,

And stresses just for now.

Using this time just for you to center,

Recharge,

And reconnect to the deepest part of you.

Taking another breath in and letting go.

Releasing anything that distracts you from being right here in this moment.

Feeling your whole body relaxing now.

Allow yourself to slow down and reconnect.

Everything is slowing down now.

Remembering that throughout the day you can simply breathe and reconnect to this relaxed,

Centered place and find peace again.

Breathing in and breathing out.

Enjoy your day.
