This meditation will reprogram limiting beliefs.
Allow yourself to become present.
Take a nice long deep breath.
And another.
Feel yourself sink deep into the surface where you're sitting.
And let it fully support you.

As you sink into your chair,
Feel your muscles release and let go.
All tightness is drifting away.
As your muscles release and soften,
So does your breath.
You feel yourself sinking deeper into yourself.
Take another deep breath.
As if the center of your being is quicksand,
Feel yourself fall and collapse deeper into yourself.
Feel yourself sinking deeper and deeper.
Your breath is slowing way down.
As you are sinking,
You feel safe.
You're breathing easily as you are carried deeper into the depths of your being.
You feel free.
Allow yourself to continue to fall.
Take another deep breath.
You notice now that you've reached the middle of your being and you're slowing down even more.
You feel yourself gently land on a soft,
Thick bed of grass.
You can feel the coolness of the grass under you.
You can fully let go and allow the grass to support you.
It feels comfortable,
Peaceful,
And safe here.
Take a deep breath.
Your mind feels wide open here,
Ready to receive new truths about you.
It's time to let the old,
Distorted,
Limiting truths that don't serve you go.
Take a deep breath and allow yourself to absorb into your unconscious mind all of these new truths.
I am worthy.
I am lovable.
I deserve love.
I have a voice and opinions that matter.
It's safe for me to speak up for myself.
I exist.
I matter.
I am meant to be here.
I have a purpose and am ready to find it.
I am powerful.
I am beautiful inside and out.
I trust myself and my decisions.
I am worth loving.
I love myself.
I forgive myself.
I remember now that I come from love and I am love.
Allow all of these new truths to sink in deeper into your unconscious mind.
Take a breath.
I now cut all cords from dysfunctional people in my life,
People that didn't have the ability to love me or treat me with kindness and respect.
I cut those cords and release this now and allow only new healthy cords to form.
Take a breath.
I cleanse myself of all misconceptions that I had about myself and that others put on me.
I release and let go of all limiting beliefs and free myself from the chains and masks that keep me small.
I let it all go now.
Take a deep breath.
I allow myself to love,
To be loved and remember that no one can take this away from me.
Take a breath.
Now feel this beautiful energy of love move through you.
Breathe it in.
Let it embody you.
You may see a color,
Feel the energy or sense something or have no sensation at all.
All are okay.
With a deep breath,
You begin to lift upward,
Feel yourself come together and travel upward back to you.
Become aware of the room around you,
Remembering that you are home,
Back in your body,
The new you with new beliefs about you and the love that you are.
Wiggle your toes and your feet and open your eyes.
