Take a moment to settle in and get quiet.
Allow yourself to be in the moment,
Letting all thoughts and ideas drift out of your awareness.
Slow your breathing,
Nice and steady,

Focus on the moment,

What's happening right here,
Right now.
What do you sense around you?
Do you hear anything?
Take a listen now.
How does your skin feel?
Cool?
Warm?
Just right?
What do you notice about your skin when you bring your awareness to it?
Do you feel a tingling sensation or warmth or anything at all?
Just notice.
Now allow your attention to drift inside.
What do you notice about your heart?
Do you feel it beating?
Tune into your pulse.
You may feel a slight vibration from your blood pumping through your veins.
What do you notice?
Take a long,
Deep breath,
And now draw your attention deep inside of yourself.
Notice the pulling sensation as you drift deeper inside of yourself.
Your energy is feeling pulled into what feels like a vortex or tunnel deep inside of you.
Allow yourself to go and travel back in time.
The tunnel is safe.
Feel yourself move faster and faster back in time.
Go all the way back to when you were inside of your mother's womb.
Feel and sense yourself moving back in time,
And then you arrive.
It's dark,
But it's safe.
You feel taken care of here.
You have food.
It feels good here.
Bring yourself to the end of your mother's pregnancy.
You're ready to come into the world.
Ready to take on the world and experience all that you came here to experience.
Love,
Joy,
Fear,
Grief,
Sadness,
Relationships,
And so much more.
All of it you came here to experience.
You're excited to be here.
In this state,
You are a pure essence of love and light.
You are ready and excited to meet everyone along your life path.
You are at your purest state here and now.
Feel yourself in this purest state.
Feel who you really are.
Without any masks or defenses.
Who are you really?
Let yourself go and be in this little body where you will have a taste of who you really are in your purest state of being.
Feel it now.
Be open to all awarenesses that you have about who you really are.
Now ask the question,

You may hear a voice or have an awareness or even get a visual or all of the above.
Be open to all of it.

Beautiful.
And now with a deep breath,
Inhale and feel yourself moving freely up,
Up with great ease out of this experience as if you were at the bottom of the ocean and floating up now,
Up to the surface.
Feel yourself move.
Up and out you go,
Moving easily and freely back to your current state,
Right into the moment,
Right into the present day.
Taking another deep breath,
Feeling your feet on the ground,
Feeling your hands and your body in the present day.
And when you're ready,
Open your eyes.
