
Allow Yourself To Feel
This meditation guides you to fully process any emotions that may have been left unprocessed. Infused with pure unconditional love from Source Energy, you will be held in a bubble of white light as you bring safety into your body and allow yourself to fully release any emotions that need to be felt. By the end of the meditation, you'll be feeling renewed, relaxed, and at peace.

Finding yourself in a comfortable position,
You can sit down or lay down,
Whatever feels most comfortable to you.
And adjusting yourself,
Getting nice and comfy.
And whenever you're ready,
You can gently close your eyes.
Noticing the weight of your body on the surface,
Noticing your feet,
Noticing your hands.
You can start by taking a big deep breath in through your nose,
Expanding your belly and your chest.
And holding,
And just letting it go out the mouth.
And holding at the bottom,
And breathing in again.
Holding,
And releasing.
And holding out,
Breathing in again.
Holding,
And releasing.
And letting your breath return to normal.
Noticing how your body feels.
Noticing how you feel overall.
Noticing if you're carrying any tension in any parts of your body.
And as you become aware,
You can just breathe through those spaces,
Let them melt,
Loosen and relax.
Giving yourself permission to be present here for these next 10-15 minutes.
Letting go of any distractions,
Any thoughts,
Things that might need to get done.
You can know that you can go right back to whatever needs to be done after this meditation.
As you continue to breathe in and out,
Just allowing a wave of relaxation start to wash over your entire body.
From the top of your head to the tips of your toes.
Letting your shoulders loosen and relax,
And your neck.
Relaxing your forehead,
And your jaw,
Your tongue,
Your eyes.
Relaxing your shoulders and your arms.
Relaxing your wrists,
Your fingers,
Your hands.
Relaxing your back,
Allowing your belly to loosen and relax.
Breathing in through your belly,
And breathing out.
Allowing your hips and legs to relax.
Relaxing your knees and your calves.
Relaxing your ankles,
Your feet,
To the tips of your toes.
Allowing yourself to sink even deeper and relax even more.
Feeling a sense of safety within your body,
Knowing that it's safe to relax even more.
It's safe to be present here with yourself,
And it's safe to be at peace.
Allowing yourself to drift even deeper,
Allowing your body to loosen and relax even more.
And once you feel totally and completely relaxed,
You can consciously intend to connect in with your higher self.
Part of you that exists outside of time and space,
And can see all future scenarios and circumstances.
And as you connect in,
You can trust and know that through your intention alone that connection is made.
Noticing what this connection feels like.
You might notice yourself connecting to a point somewhere above your head,
Or feeling it in your heart space.
You can gently invite your heart center to open,
That space in the center of your chest.
You can even breathe through that heart space,
Offering it some energy,
Allowing it to expand and glow.
Expanding that space in the center of your chest,
Allowing your heart center to expand even more.
You can start to allow this beautiful white light of unconditional love start to pour in.
From source energy,
From the source of all that is,
Pouring in through the top of your head.
Pouring down into your heart center,
Feeling that space in the center of your chest.
Feeling that space expand with this pure unconditional love,
This beautiful white light.
Filling and glowing and radiating from within,
Expanding outwards.
With each breath in,
More of this beautiful white light pours in.
With each breath out,
That space in your heart center expands even more.
Keeping the cycle going.
Breathing in,
And breathing out.
Allowing that space to expand even more.
Breathing in,
And breathing out.
And as this beautiful bubble of white light expands from your heart center,
It starts to envelop and surround you.
Growing and expanding out beyond boundaries of your body.
Surrounding your entire chest and back and shoulders.
As it continues to expand and grow all around.
Extending out,
Reaching your feet.
As it continues to grow and expand,
Extending above your head all around.
Continuing to breathe and expand this bubble.
Until you feel fully surrounded and enveloped by this beautiful unconditional love of source energy.
Feeling washed and infused with this beautiful white light.
Feeling enveloped,
Surrounded,
Radiating from every cell.
Infused with every muscle and fiber of your being.
Clearing your mind and feeling only pure unconditional love from source energy.
And breathing it in,
And breathing out.
If you notice your body needing to move.
Any parts of your body that might need to wiggle or shake or rock back and forth.
Just allowing your body to do what it needs.
Whether that's moving or staying completely still.
Continue to breathe and allow this beautiful unconditional love to surround you.
Feeling so loved,
Feeling so safe.
And allowing any emotions that might need to be felt.
Allowing any sensations in your body to flow and move.
Just being in this place of total allowing and total acceptance.
And bringing to your awareness,
To your conscious awareness.
A recent experience or event.
Something that might have caused you to feel an emotional charge.
And allowing that experience to surface.
Dropping the story,
Dropping the thoughts of what happened.
And just allowing those emotions to process through your body.
Knowing that it's safe for these emotions to come up.
It's safe for you to love yourself.
It's safe for you to forgive yourself.
It's safe for you to allow what needs to be felt.
Loving that part of you.
Loving that part of you that might not know any better.
That part of you that might feel triggered or upset.
That part of you that might have things unspoken.
That you wish you could say,
You wish you could express.
Loving that part of you.
And allowing that part of you to express now.
What needs to be expressed,
What needs to be said.
Just letting that expression come.
Letting it be fully felt.
If you need to yell.
If you need to scream.
If you need to cry.
If you need to say it's not fair,
Why.
Just letting that part of you be fully expressed right now.
Continuing to allow this process to take place as long as you need.
And only when you feel complete can you move on to the next part.
Otherwise you can pause the recording.
And once this process feels complete,
You can hold that aspect of you with pure unconditional love.
Letting them know that it's okay,
That you're here,
That you love them.
That they are surrounded and enveloped with pure unconditional love from Source Energy.
And that they can forgive themselves now.
That it's not their fault.
That they did the best they could with what they knew and what they had.
You can start to notice a beautiful white light in the form of an infinity symbol.
Connecting your heart center with their heart center.
Weaving back and forth.
Clearing away any resistances,
Any blockages.
To being fully integrated and united with this aspect of you.
And allowing this process to continue until it feels fully complete.
Taking all the time that you need.
And you can pause the recording now if you need to.
And you'll know the process is complete.
Because it'll feel complete.
No need to rush.
And whenever you're ready,
You can start to bring your awareness back to your body.
Trusting and knowing that these shifts will continue to unfold.
Will continue to integrate.
Even after this meditation concludes.
And setting the intention that any emotions that might come up that need to be felt.
Allowing them fully in your day to day.
Giving yourself that space to fully integrate.
And fully process what's ready to be felt.
And whenever you're ready,
You can start to bring your awareness to the bottoms of your feet.
To the weight of your body on the surface.
Wiggling your fingers,
Your toes.
Imagining roots growing from the bottoms of your feet.
Down into the earth.
Anchoring in,
Connecting in with the earth below.
Wrapping around the center of the earth.
And bringing in the earth energy up from the bottoms of your feet.
Mixing in with the energy in your body.
Feeling connected and grounded with the earth below.
Whenever you're ready,
You can start to wiggle your fingers and your toes.
Taking a big deep breath in.
And releasing.
Whenever you're ready,
You can gently open your eyes.
