Hello and welcome to today's meditation of the day.
So find yourself in a quiet place where you won't be disturbed.
You can lay down,
Sit up,
Feet on the ground,
Cross-legged,
Whatever works best for you.
And whenever you're ready,
Nice and comfy,
Adjust yourself.
You could take a deep breath in through your nose,
Hold,
And releasing.
Breathing in,
Hold,
And releasing out the mouth.
Just letting it go and holding out.
Breathing in again,
Hold,
And releasing.
As you continue to let your breath,
Breathing in and breathing out.
With each out breath,
Releasing any tension from your body.
With each in breath,
Breathing in and breathing out.
You can imagine pure white light of unconditional love coming in from the top of your head,
Filling your mind,
Your eyes,
Your jaw,
Your tongue,
As everything melts and relaxes.
Relaxing your tongue,
Relaxing your neck,
Your shoulders,
Your arms,
Your hands,
Your fingers.
This pure white light of unconditional love filling your chest,
Filling your heart,
Melting and relaxing.
Filling your belly,
All the way down your back,
Your hips,
Your legs,
Your knees.
Just radiating this pure unconditional love down to your calves,
Your ankles,
Your feet to the tips of your toes.
Letting this pure white light continually wash over your entire body.
Filling every joint,
Every muscle,
Every tendon,
Every cell.
As it starts to expand out below your feet,
Above your head,
All around.
And it grows enveloping you in this cocoon,
This bubble,
Feeling safe,
Feeling held.
And now bringing your attention to the center of your chest,
Your heart center,
Inviting your heart to open and letting in more of this pure white light,
Unconditional love.
Just letting this pure white light fill,
Fill every corner,
Every space.
And now imagining a scale of one to ten,
One being the lowest,
Ten being the absolute highest maximum.
How much unconditional love are you feeling and experiencing now?
Where is it at on the volume scale?
And whatever number it is,
See if you can push that volume scale a little bit higher,
Increasing the amount of unconditional love you can experience right now.
Bringing in more of that pure white light,
Filling your entire heart center.
And letting that volume scale go even higher,
Slowly increasing it with each breath.
See if you can slowly increase it all the way to ten.
See if you can bring in so much unconditional love to your heart center.
Expanding your awareness,
Expanding your energy field,
Expanding out to let even more unconditional love come in.
And when you feel like you've brought it to the absolute maximum at number ten,
Then push that volume even higher,
Letting an even more unconditional love in.
Healing every part of you,
Soothing every version of you that might have been hurt or misunderstood,
And letting that part of you knowing know that they're okay and they're loved and they're safe,
And that you are here for them.
Continuously breathing,
Breathing in more unconditional love,
And breathing out any old energy,
Facilitating this process of alchemizing and healing,
Bringing back everything to balance,
Bringing every part of you into harmony,
All aspects of you,
Every cell,
Harmonizing,
Recalibrating,
Regenerating and rejuvenating everything,
Letting that pure white light expand and extend to every part of you across all timelines,
All dimensions.
Letting whatever comes up for you be okay and sending pure unconditional love to whatever parts of you that need it most right now.
Inviting your heart to open even more,
Knowing that it's safe too and that love heals all.
Continue to let this process continue for as long as it needs to.
There's no rush.
We have all the time in the world,
As long as we're present with what is,
Present with what we're experiencing,
Knowing that whatever's coming up is totally okay.
And inviting here with your heart center,
Open and allowing,
Inviting your higher self to bring through any insights,
Any messages,
Anything that you need to hear or know right now.
Continuously breathing,
Washing yourself with this pure unconditional love,
Breathing in more unconditional love into your heart center.
And if you need to stay here for as long as you want,
Only stop you when you feel totally complete.

You can stay here for as long as you want.

Otherwise,
Whenever you're ready,
You can gently bring your attention back to the weight of your body,
Noticing the room you're in,
Noticing how your body feels,
Gently wiggling your fingers and your toes,
Taking a deep breath in and letting it go.
Whenever you're ready,
You can open your eyes,
Take a nice stretch,
Drink some water.
